As the title says, I made a reverse time script with a friend this is what it does, Lets say you have a wall a brick wall, You shoot the brick wall. the wall breaks right?
Well, I've made a script that reverses time and puts the wall back to how it was before (AND NO THIS ISNT A REGEN SCRIPT ITS A TIME REVERSAL SCRIPT)
come test it here for me pls https://www.roblox.com/games/401248635/Reverse-Time-place --------------------------------------------

A neat script, if I had to guess their is a force that tries to re align the parts back to their original position. During the deconstruction faze it takes "snapshots" of the parts positions, and uses those to help guide the reconstruction faze.
Overall a neat demo, but too inaccurate for any functional use. If more snapshots were taken, and welds applied + the parts were made cancollide false during the reconstitution faze, this could be applied to a very neat puzzler game. However as the parts would need to be made non cancollide, anything faster paced wouldn't work. |

So you made Prince of Persia script like. By the way I think I figured out how your script work. you used simple body position and a loop right? And body position make the object always go to it original position. I found it out right?
local House = script.Parent local Parts = House:GetChildren()
--Set the original body velocity for p=1,#Parts do local Brick = Part[p] if Brick:IsA("Part") then local Position = Instance.new("BodyPosition",Brick) Position.Position = Brick.position Position.maxForce = Vector3.new(math.huge,math.huge,math.huge) |

| It works, kinda. The windows fixed themselves, but then kept falling apart. Maybe I'll try to make something later. |

Oh man, imagine the possibilities!
Idea 1: You enter a tight corridor, with a wall blocking your path. You break the wall, get to the other side, but oh no! It's a dead end! You activate your time reverse thing, the wall (which is now behind you) reconstructs itself, and from the other side, you can now see a ladder on the wall that will take you up to the next area.
Idea 2: You open some doors to discover an elevator shaft, but it's empty! You reverse time, an elevator appears, you enter it, replay time, the elevator takes you to the next area.
Idea 2b: You find an elevator cabin at the bottom of a shaft. It doesn't seem to work. You look above the cabin. The wires have been cut! It looks like the elevator took a pretty nasty fall. No problem! You reverse time, the elevator repairs itself, and takes you up to the next area.
Maybe you could even add the ability to freeze time, which is where the next idea can come in.
Idea 3: You enter a room. There's a huge pit! It's far too large to jump across. There's a switch on the wall. You activate it. Blocks start falling above the ceiling, into the pit. That doesn't seem to be helpful. But wait! You freeze time, the blocks stop in mid-air, and you jump across them to the other side.
Those are just off the top of my head. If you need any more ideas, feel free to ask. |

@Nicollye
Already tried that with PLAYERS.
It bugs out the players however the script does work, but the movement is off.
So I decided not to implement it into the game :)

| My mind was blown!! I mean it doesn't perfectly weld the pieces back together, but it was still amazing. If this was perfected a little more it would make a super unique game feature. Imagine some weapon you can use to reverse time like in that game!! Players would probably go crazy.l |
