Creating a clan now is much more effort than it would be than 2012. I find that most can agree to this, due to the following reasons:
- Ability to create or get decent technology - Ability to keep such tech up to date - Ability to get member base as compared to existing clans - Ease of just joining an existing clan - Community acceptance
What would persuade someone like me to create a clan?
If I were to make a clan, what would you look for in it?
What methods of recruitment would be accepted by the general consensus of the community?

clans need the participation of other clans, for war, alliances, events
