Pick one
Red - Ensures the survival of mankind, every other species becomes extinct with the push of this button.
Blue - All species survive, except for mankind, which is driven to extinction with the push of this button.
Which one?

"either way man kind is screwed"
There's no technicalities. Even if every other species goes extinct, mankind will survive due to the nature of the button.

i dont like ppl so red is kinda dumb and we would have to eat eachother or eat plants which isnt fun at all
i dont like being generous to organisms that cant even understand what im doing so blue makes no sense especially since 'humanity r the only god breathe life unto'
As for RUST, we promise we're gonna do better and act better. We're gonna prove to the clan world we're a disgraceful clan anymore. |

These aren't really leadership tests. They are more like... maybe survival skills or real life mindset?

Yes, but remember, you've got to assume that even if they're gone, we survive. Science doesn't exactly matter.

No*
I'm quite tired right now. Plants remain around. All animals would be extinct.

| neither. i press the green button and evaporate myself into the beam of the crucible, merging all human and animal life in the process so that life on earth can continue as a furry utopia |

well taking into account A LOT will be changed by pressing red
life expectancy and other stuff will probably go down and never be able to reach the level we have currently unless major scientific breakthroughs happen that basically replace what animals supply (including things other than food) |
