Here is my entire application for SizzleBurger. A few grammar and spelling mistakes is just an excuse. IT'S ONLY A RESTAURANT GROUP.
RE: SizzleBurger Application IceLordBreaker wrote at 4/22/2016 11:47 AM Report Abuse I'm sorry, But I can't pass you due to some grammar and spelling mistakes.

I have experience as a Barista at Rothco and as an unofficial chef at TsunamiSushi.
2) Do you know how to make any item on the Sizzleburger menu? If so list 2-3 things and how to make the item.
Yes, I’ve studied the receipt guide, and these are a few of the items I’ve learned how to make. Milk: Milkshake Cup and Milk Hamburger: Grill Raw Meat and add Buns Cheeseburger: Grill Raw Meat, then add Buns and Cheese. Hotdog: Grill RawHotdog, then add Buns
3) What would you do if you had to deal with a difficult customer within Sizzleburger?
I would first politely ask them to please stop breaking whatever rule they are breaking. If they continue breaking rules, I would contact a Supervisor or above to please take care of them.
4) What are some note-worthy characteristics you possess?
I am very active. I am also very respectful, I won’t get mad and can deal with difficult customers easily.
5) What does good restaurant service mean to you?
I think it means being friendly, respectful, and always helping out customers if they have any problems or questions. I think it’s also having prompt service, being able to quickly make the foods and not have customers wait too long to get their order.
6) What goal do you want to accomplish here working for Sizzleburger?
I want to have fun at a active restaurant group. It’s fun interacting with customers and actually create the foods. |

The main thing is the ridiculousness behind his reasoning.
First of all, he can't even use grammar himself.
Second of all, this is only just a game. A RESTAURANT group. Perfect grammar is not a good excuse to refuse to hire me. |

that's acceptable grammar
I'm not counting a large amount of mistakes - granted, I was skimming through it, but there aren't enough mistakes to deny the application based on grammatical errors.

"I want to have fun at a active restaurant group" should be "I want to have fun at AN active restaurant group" Other than that I saw no grammar mistakes. Honestly, if someone rejects you because of one mistake in grammar there's no purpose working for them.

I think the main reason was that you were capitalizing quite a few nouns

Either way, capitalizing nouns was historically considered acceptable so I've never had any problems with it

Probably going to leave now that I've seen the incompetency of the management.
Not going to work for a group that has bad high ranks. |

Look at this idiotic response.
RE: RE: RE: SizzleBurger Application IceLordBreaker wrote at 4/23/2016 1:35 AM Report Abuse You did not put full stops at the end of your question 2. And you did that for 3 of them so that is 3 mistakes and that is a fail. Sorry
I was failed because I didn't put periods at the end of the sentence? This is complete BS, what kind of group is this? I'm not applying for job at McDonalds, I'm applying for an ONLINE RESTAURANT ROLE-PLAY GROUP.
