PRESS RELEASE ---
THE OFFICE OF THE MAJORITY LEADER OF THE SENATE,
KING FRUITSZ's OFFICE,
FEDERAL HOTEL, WASHINGTON DC,
Currently the SC has done a lot of things that we as Congress don't agree with, one they decided to tell us how we are to expel our members which is totally overstepping their boundaries, I will be making a sc case against this ridiculousness, last time I checked the SC can't alter the constitution without a amendment passing.
Second the house is being called on to start the impeachment of the inactive Supreme Court Justice, SilentShadow.
The SCJ didn't have the balls to remove her for her inactivity so Congress now will.
In the bottom of the replies voice your opinions citizens!
SIGNED, King FruitsZ

Completely agree with this, the Supreme Court and the judicial branch overall are really starting to overstep their authority and need to be put into check, I suggest you ignore ANY supreme court rulings on how expulsions are handled, as it states in the CONSTITUTION that each house are in-charge of their own proceedings.
AKA expulsions.

"hey decided to tell us how we are to expel our members"
Okay, hang on. They told you that you have to expel members on a forum thread vote. Let's look at the constitution that YOU wrote:
"Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and on a public forum expel a member"
"on a public forum expel a member"
They were reminding you about the constitution which YOU WROTE! That isn't overstepping their authority; that's doing their job. |

The majority opinion formally recognizes the right of each House of Congress to expel its members, however, formally grants any expelled member the right to appeal to This Court his expulsion on the simple criteria listed below; #1 - Does this person or his/her actions disrupt Congressional Business? #2 - Has this person committed a crime or act warranting such punishment? #3 - Is this person being expelled for political reasons? If #1 or #2 is correct, and #3 false, then the Supreme Court shall always hold the expulsion valid. If #1 or #2 is not true, and #3 IS true, then the Supreme Court shall always hold the expulsion as non valid and return the Senator or House Representative to their seat.
^^
Read that LOL.
