DISCLAIMER : This story is based on true events, with a narrative twist. The Way of the Vagabond:
(Path of the Wanderer): Nihile rose to the rank of Supervisor, Sparrow Academy Trainee, and Third Degree Immortal in the Roblox Assault Team. No matter how hard he tried to remain loyal to his new found Frostarian brothers however, he felt the familiar itch. Wander lust. Nihile would remain loyal to Frostaria until one night, he stole a fighter-class starship and successfully exited the Frostarian system, abandoning his uniform and all his achievements, and coincidentally escaping the coming war with Vaktovia
Nihile became an unknown, a phantom moving from place to place, a soldier of fortune fighting within his own interests. He began mastering the art of the sword. He found it to be effective in close range, and an elevated form of martial finesse. He would fill in as a reserve for a super clan in need of troops, and eventually leave when he became uninterested. He became a Major in John's Cobras, and left his special forces team to fill in with RAA. He left RAA as a Corporal to fulfill a want, a need to see more of what the Clans of the universe had to offer. He became a Blademaster of the Dirachin Empire, a relic faction mimicking the might of the Helghans, and left to pursue personal enlightenment...
When Nihile had finally mastered the way of the sword, he decided to test his meddle against a barbarian clan of marauders laying in the outer rim of the known galaxy. These brutes were known as the Consortium of Wrath, and consisted of fiendish and demonic soldiers. Nihile entered the fray with his sword, and cut down many of the berserkers before being over taken himself. However, the soldier's unrelenting brutality in his struggle against the Spawn of Wrath earned him a spot with these bringers of cruelty...
Nihile stayed persistent with his clan of raiders, and stayed with them for far longer than he had most clans in his recent past. He felt a connection to his fellow brothers and sisters, a strong kinship that he hadn't experienced in far too long. He rose to the rank of Overseer, and trained his troops with a renewed vigor and resolve. Sadly, the clan died out when the leader went into a dormant state of stagnant hibernation, the source of which was never quite clear. Nihile again entered a state of wandering, when he was contacted by an old friend in the Consortium, Melenius. Melenius was different from most of the brutes of Wrath. He was resourceful, and had the air of an experienced and professional soldier about him. He contacted Nihile with information of a group rising from the ashes of the recently demolished Grand Imperium, the Dominion of Valyria. Nihile accepted his brother-in-arms invitation to Valyria, and filed in with the soldiers of the Dominion... |
