Instead of the current system we have now, we could use a better points system.
Like - Add one point Dislike - Remove one point Favorite - Add three points
Now a problem with this is that certain less popular games will have less points and they won't look good. Here's a solution:
The amount of points the game currently has will affect how much your rating affects the amount of points. This way, if you have a popular game with 2,000 ratings, 50% like, 50% dislike, you get 1,000 points. Now a less popular game with only 50 ratings with the same like/dislike ratio, it will also have 1,000 points, because there aren't very many ratings.
Some other solutions include: 1 - Show the total ratings 2 - Show the regular like/dislike meters along with the points system.

Thats one of the features that if implemented cannot be done right.
People will find a way to abuse it, keep it simple like it is now. |

@spider10111
So you want people to beg for favorites in the title and make false promises for attention?
The OP sounds good in theory but all its going to be if that is implemented is an attention-seeking fest in the titles.
"(PLS FAV)" "(SUPPORT WITH FAVS)"
where 1 favorite outweighs 3 dislikers. that seems attrocious now that i think about it. If the admins do that the dislikers wont have a voice. |

A favorite means you really like the game. Maybe it could be changed to around 2 points. I also think it should be either a favorite or like - you can't have both.
