Or able to narrow it down to one. I want to do everything. I want to be an artist, musician, architect, economist, and politican wrapped in one.

I want to do a lot of things, and owning a brewpub type place combines all of them. Except pilot, but I can't do that because of drug regulations. It has business owner, brewmaster, chef, and is in the H&T area.

Being an architect means a lot of planning, so that will take up a huge portion of your time. Politician would also take up a huge amount of time. You could maybe do some art on the side but it wouldn't be enough to practice to a professional level, same with musician.
It's better to be a master at a trade than a jack of all trades, in my opinion anyways.

I realize that I can't really become a politician though, especially because by the time I run for office they'll have a ridiculous amount of dirt on me probably.

Best stuff I ever had was brewed by belgian monks that use it to support their monastery. It was really good. Too bad my parents only got one bottle for the whole family.
