Once news came of the nuclear war breaking out, the majority of the town quickly took off into the sea using a local harbour, taking four boats and rifles. After 5 years of surviving in the ocean, using water purifiers and fishing nets, fuel ran out. The group was forced to turn blankets and spare clothing into sails, which is when the wind eventually took them near the coast of Hawaii, where they managed to dock and set up shacks using wood from a damaged ship. A patrol of five men was sent out to look for any other survivors on the island, and they came across a small camp of bandits, who opened fire on the refugees. However, the other refugees heard the gunshots and went to help, causing the deaths of the bandits, and allowed the refugees to loot their camp and weaponry, finding stolen gear from the USCPF. The refugees eventually moved to the outskirts of Pearl City, recruiting multiple other refugee groups along the way, and set up their structure in a paramilitary-style command, having seen the dangers of the wasteland and the need to be prepared for fights. Due to this, they decided to name themselves the Paramilitary Central Command. ──────────────────────── 2| "Golden Rules" There are three main rules that all PCC personnel must always abide by: • If asked, you must identify yourself as PCC personnel (Unless those asking you are hostile, or you are undercover.) • Always obey your superiors. • PCC personnel will always assist each other. ──────────────────────── 3| Relations USCPF: Respected CDF: Neutral Sandsharks: Neutral ACMF: Hostile ──────────────────────── 4| Dress Code In the PCC, personnel ranked [LR] Private and above must always wear their uniforms during official events.
