A hellite military/dictatorship set in hellish realm. -Fort Concept: a penitentiary that the raiders 'heretics' either need escape from or capture. Still figuring out how the 'escape' would work for a raid. -Uniform concept: Bone armor or Plate armor /w bones attached.
Still coming up with ideas, just bouncing a few off C&G. |

It's already been done. There was a really popular clan like this that had a ton of lowkey activity.
Clans like this tend to gain a strong community as well. |

| How about escape is when 8 raiders get to a certain point, or it takes 30 minutes to open a slowly moving door. |

Ya, it would either be capturing the 'fort' or escaping the fort kinda like a jail break.

| I'd do multiple gates, like 7 each one circular and getting smaller and smaller the farther down you go. |

I like the concept of a jail break kind of goal.
Perhaps three or four doors that must be shot down in order to periodically move onto the next section? Maybe a way to repair those doors for the defenders?
