Instead of people sending in Resumes/CV's all the time why not make like an application for it? So you guys can give the younger guys/girls a chance to prove themself. And instead of them working here for the money they work here to help the site. This would bring more active moderators. Also instead of setting them on Moderator directly set them on Moderator in Traning. Where they under a period get to prove themself.

The rules of S&I:
- Rudeness is not allowed. Examples of what not to post as your only reply, “Get out”, “dumb idea”, “no support”, “no, just no”. Short negative replies are not at all helpful and diminish the effort the person put into posting their idea.

No support. ROBLOX don't hire moderators like that anymore. It's a job now. You have to be 18+, and be qualified.

@Kryptic
nobody follows that rule
If you are waiting for cheap but good hats on Roblox to come out, you might want to complete your bucket list first.

| I have a lot of support! It could really help some poor family's. ( If the son/daughter plays ROBLOX, and they pass the 'inetrview') |

Actually to qualify for moderator there is no age listed. I looked into the job not to long ago but the listing is currently removed. I believe it said you need highschool/ged at least, so more or less, age is implied. Experience is favored over education though in many cases, I don't think ROBLOX is one however. No, they won't do moderator training ranks. You have the job or you don't.

Lol yes! Let's give 12 year olds administrator power! This totally won't result in countless account terminations because someone called someone else a "noob".
If you want to see what would happen if we let the "younger" community be admins, join ANY personal build server dressed like me. You will be instantly banned. |

Haha, sure. A 10 year old "moderator". Imagine how bad that would be. People getting banned for killing them in a game. Or 10 year olds will threaten to ban a player if they don't give them robux. Sure, this will diffidently work.

| I still disagree with this idea but like someone said, it could help out some poor families; still doesn't make me think this is a good idea yet, though. |

Support Guys, they're only gonna let the most mature people be mods, so stop saying 7 year old kids are gonna be banning people because someone called them a noob.

Thats why there should be a traning rank because Roblox only accept the good people and not oders/trolls (Don't take this bad if you are one.)

Look Web, I take a business course at school, and you are describing the most irresponsible thing to do with a company, letting literally anyone become part of the staff.
People are guaranteed to abuse the system.

| Roblox is a professionally run website, not a hobby project. It would be inappropriate to have regular users as staff, especially if they're minors. |
