Hi,

My account Kyrushi was deleted since my brother Nintendocube stole lots of accounts and bought clothes on his group with he stolen account's robux, he also bought some clothes on my group kyrushi fan's, I DID NOT ASK HIM TO NOR DID I KNOW HE DID. I told this to roblox appeals but they said they won't lift the ban?! can a mod please help, i have spent countless time and money into my account so please help.

Erm, I am sorry!
But the forums clearly state that YOU are responsible for your own account.
Even if your bother did some how obtain your account, it was still you responsible for all actions made on the account. But if you insist on continuing, here is their email system that you'll need :
" appeal@roblox.com "

Email them the FULL story of your account problems.

Yeah, that doesn't matter. The rules of ROBLOX state your YOU are 100% responsible for the account that you own.
This is why ROBLOX recommends that everyone log out of their accounts upon exiting the computer/device.
Because people can still get onto your account, and cause trouble, and it will still be seen as you, because ROBLOX gave recommendations of what to do, and you didn't use the advise.

Your best bet is to try the appeals email I sent in my previous message, that is the ONLY help you can get about the matter of your account.
