[Note: I am not trying to endorse or hype this group up in any big or fancy way, I am simply alerting the members or potential members of TAE of our new guidelines.]
I. Maturity shall be held at any Helghast Facility, barring all faces, and non-grammatical correctness. Maturity is a necessity for all Helghan soldiers. If you are questioning on whether it is appropriate to use any types of faces on duty, just don't do it. It will be frowned upon or even punishable in accordance to your active duty superior's jurisdiction.
II. The skill of a Helghan soldier is that of the utmost respect. If you do not hold to such skill, you shall be purged. While this sounds rough and unfair, it is giving all who have the proper skill a chance at remaining within the main group. If you are given enough negative points, you will be either A. Sent to the cadets for training purposes or B. Exiled completely from the network of groups chained/related to TAE.
III. Respect is the most vital of all attributes to a Helghan soldier. The soldier does not question, the soldier does not ask. The soldier acts, the Helghan soldier follows orders. Do not question our ethics. You are to do what we order you to and that is final. However, if you feel you are being harassed then you may contact one of your superiors about the situation and it is up to him/her to decide on the course of action that must be taken. If you are caught mouthing off or disrespecting your superior, you will be punished through either an exilement or demotion.
IV. Trainings shall be held as a purging system. At the end of each training, you can fall into three different categories. First Category: Victorious; if you fall into this category, you earn a mark on your record towards promotion. Second Category: Average; if you fall into this category, you gain neither positive or negative points. Third Category: Failures; if you fall into this category, you gain a mark towards demotion. If you gain too many of these points, you shall be exiled for your lack of skill.

| Seems a little too elite for the type of people in TAE. Demotions shouldn't be for a lack of skill, rather for a lack of discipline and leadership ability (which likely depends on the rank. Ex- For cadets, I don't expect any leadership skill out of them for TAE- I expect the average member to be able to adjust to orders and make suggestions to his/her fellow comrades that allow for the greater effort to succeed. As you move up in rank, your leadership will be more expected of you, and you must fulfill such positions over your skill.) |

| II is complete bull. I'm being honest, if your going to exile people for not being good enough it's bull..... Mobile is rough, there is no way you can get better when gun fighting. Also it's laggy. So according to the guidelines B is a huge possibility for us. It ain't right. |
