Did you get your money back? Or how do I go about doing that? My son is new to this and we processed the transaction for $4.95 but it showed that it declined...I knew there was more than enough money on my card, so I processed it TWO MORE TIMES! All 3 times it showed 'transaction declined' but it took $4.95 out of my account ALL 3 TIMES! But his acct isn't showing the 1,200 Robux that he SHOULD have! I'm NOT happy either and want my money back OR the 1,200 Robux onto his account! |
