| Had to run three miles at a consistent speed for long distance runners as our spring break exercise because it was suppose to increase stamina but I didn't do them lol |

Any events you had in mind? I personally do 400m and 800m
Have been thinking about doing 1600m race but still not quite sure yet
I would try 800m if you're thinking distance or mid maybe |

It is 4 events for us
Originally I was suppose to do three which were the two races I listed and long jump but I haven't really gotten the chance to do and practice it like I did before when I started |

It had to be like a XC like workout, so it had to off-road rather than flat/asphalt
Steep hills had to included alongside rough terrain
We were suppose to do these 3 miles for two days and one day test since we had morning practices from 7-9 A.M
