big developers make basically no money of tix so they dont really care
this is just handicapping new/non-paying players
really theres nothing wrong with roblox wanting money its a company who spends millions of dollars on this game
god forbid they actually want to make money

Phantom forces got 37 million visits in 218 days. That is aprox 169724 visits/tix A DAY. That is 11468 robux... |

roblox may not admit it, but the purpose of removing tix is an attempt to deflate the roblox economy. other evidence of this would be the change from a 15% sales tax to a 30% sales tax and debatably the price floor.

as far as devex is concerned, 100 robux is equivalent to a quarter (if i did my math correct)
so 10k robux is only about 25 dollars lost

based on how many new games were getting all the time, 5 or 6 isnt such a big blow

just imagine the millions of tickets gone every day from the hundreds of thousands of 'active players'. there's what they're trying to get rid of. millions of tickets a day is a lot of inflation.

ROBLOX is a business, they did it to reduce inflation of limiteds and to make more ppl get bc and reduce amount of currency available in the market.
The amount of tix developers get from visits amounts to less than 10% of total proceeds when it comes to famous developers, and below 20% for those developers that aren't as famous. The removal of tix doesn't hurt them too much, but doesn't really help them either.
All it does is cripple one of their methods of earning tix, and may reduce sales in their game items due to a lack of currency owned by the poorer players.
