Hi there! If you are reading this, you either are interested in a job, or you forgot how to do your job because you got ikios IQ. Either way, this massive guideline post will help in defining what each role in OFN is. Our main goal is to give OFL the most realistic experience possible, so let's go work at that.

These are the changes that will be made into effect after the Season Nine Victory Bowl.

-Beat Writers will be initialized. They will fall under the analyst rank.
-There will now be a Highlights subsection in the Recorder rank.
-Commentators are no longer official OFN jobs. If you choose to commentate, you must also do an OFN-related job in order to remain in the server.
-The OFN media rank will become a group exclusive rank. This means that it is now a requirement to be in the media group in order to successfully do your job. If you need to make an alt you need to make that known to me ASAP.
-There will be another job reform. Only those who consistently perform their job well in Season Nine will retain their rank. Others will need to re-apply.

These are the job descriptions for each job. Make sure you read each in it's entirety before choosing what you want to do.

*STAT TAKER*
-Maximum of two per game.
The job of the stat taker is to take full team stats of the game. The format to take stats will be posted below as well as put on the group wall, in case you need it for reference:

--> http://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=186731181 <--

It is required for at least one stat taker to be at every game, but the preferred count is two.
Once a game is completed, the stats are to be compiled, and posted in a public forum for both the Beat Writers and the OFL wall.
Stats must also be inputted into the team statistic spreadsheet, which will be given only through a PM. The sheet for the week is always publicly displayed on Monday.
At the midway point of the season, the stats will be counted and made public in a forum. Information on total stats will be given during the Season Ten Offseason.

*LIVESTREAMER*
-Maximum of one per game.
The job of the livestreamer is to stream the game for those who cannot physically be in the stadium. This requires those who have good stream quality and can give the OFL the game without any hiccups or delays.
All livestreams should have the OFN logo somewhere on their stream. This makes it easy to keep track of.
Commentators are apart of the livestream but are not official OFN jobs as of Season Ten. Having commentators is completely up to the streamer, but a commentator must also be doing an official OFN job in order to stay on the field.
Livestreamers should have their channels PM'd to myself so that I may keep track of how many we have and who is assigned to what game.
Livestreamers are required to stay the full entirety of the game, unless an emergency arises. It is important that you schedule a time that completely works with your schedule, as games tend to run long.
Livestreamers will be the the official replay crew when a challenge is needed, therefore the livestream should also be recorded so that a review and a gyazo can be provided.

*RECORDER*
-Maximum of two per game
The job of the recorder is to record the full entirety of the game. Recorders do not have to be highlight makers, they simply need to record full games. Recorders are not the first source to go to when in need of a replay. That is the job of the livestreamer. If a situation occurs and the livestreamer is unable to find substantial evidence, the recorder will need to manage that replay.
Recordings must be saved in the proper format.

*HIGHLIGHTS*
-Are not required at the stadium; up to the Head Coach
The job of the highlight maker is to use footage of the game and create a 5-10 video showcasing the best moments of said game. Since highlight makers do not need to be recorders, they are not required at the game. Highlight makers at the game may record if they wish, if they are allowed in the stadium.
Because all games will be recorded in their entirely, it is possible to do multiple teams at once per highlight video, instead of one. Highlights should include at least four teams at a time.

*BEAT WRITER*
-Required at game
The job of the beat writer is to continuously provide articles pertaining to a specific team.
*DISCLAIMER* - THIS JOB REQUIRES LARGE AMOUNTS OF WRITING. IF YOU WILL NOT BE DEDICATED TO THIS JOB, DO NOT APPLY FOR IT.
Beat writers cannot write about the team they are on, unless a trade happens midway in the season where a beat writer ends up on the team he writes about.
Beat writers are required to submit at least one article a week on the team they write about, but you write is completely your choice.
Beat writers are required to submit one pregame and postame analysis on the team they write about. This means you must be at their games each week. If you cannot make time to go their games, ask another to watch for you, or watch the stream.
All articles and analysis beat writers post about their teams must be put on their respective team forums. An example of this:

--> http://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=186733341 <--

*ANALYST*
-Not required at the game
The job of the analyst is to provide articles on the general state of the OFL. These include Power Rankings, Game Predictions, and any or all issues or topics in the OFL that can spark a debate.
Analysts are required to release one article per week.
There can only be one article per topic; we do not need 5 different Power Rankings or Game Predictions. These will be assigned later in the offseason.

A typical showing at an OFL game:
Livestreamer (1)
Stat Taker (2)
Recorder (2)
Beat Writer (1)

OFN Rank Total: 6

If OFN needs to be removed from the stadium in order to make room for players, the order to kick is as follows:
Analyst -> Highlights -> ONE Recorder (if there are 2) -> ONE Stat Taker (if there are 2) -> Beat Writer -> Livestreamer

*PUNISHMENTS, PROBATIONS*
OFN media workers are required to check in with me by 11:59 Thursday before the weekend games. This is to determine who gets assigned what games. Assignments are given Friday, which gives you a whole 24 hours to see whether or not you can make the game or not. When checking in, you are required to give me a time you are available on both Saturday and Sunday. This allows me to schedule what you do with ease.

For Stat Takers, Livestreamers, and Recorders, missing a scheduled game results in a probation. Probation is simply me marking that you have a missed assignment. Missing two consecutive assignments means that you will be fired, and cannot re-apply into OFN until a week after. Please let me know if things come up, so I can properly change up scheduling. Doing an assigned job after being put on probation takes you off probation.

For Highlight Makers, Analysts, and Beat Writers, missing an article results in a probation. If you are fired as a Beat Writer, you will not be allowed to re-apply for that position. All other guidelines fall similar to the punishments described above. You are required to check in with me with the article that you write for the week.

*TRELLO*
Starting Season Ten, we will be using the Trello service in order to reward workers for their efforts.

Payment varies on the job and the quality of how the job was done.

Pay scales for each job will be announced in a later forum.

Later announcements will be made after the Victory Bowl, but hiring for Season Ten begins now. Please PM me if you are interested in any of these jobs, or looking to be re-hired for Season Ten.

Thanks for reading!
