I used to think if you stress out your body to a point , your heart and body will just give up and you will die on spot.
But over time of staying up and doing all nighters constantly , I learned as long as you take the right aspects in it (such as drinking water occasionally or stretching and closing your eyes) will help you be comfortable.
I also learned if you are super tired and stressed out , just close your eyes and lay down for a few minutes. Do not fall asleep , but just sit there. When you open your eyes in like 5 minutes you'll feel a hell of a ton awaker and energized than before.
