SECTION I: HOW TO RANK UP-
Ranking up in FPS consist of going to trainings, Mass patrols, meetings, and other FPS held activities. Maturity is the number 1 thing. If you cannot act right, you can't be in FPS. Self control falls under that also. Maturity consists of respect, control, proper Ettiques, etc. If you can show up I trainings all mature and in uniform, ranking up shouldn't be hard. Performance also counts. I shouldn't see any False Arresting, Stupidity, Helping a crime, don't do any of those. That will not only result in an exile, but a blacklist. Also note, helping out your fellow agents will give you a huge boost. Teamwork is key in any situations. Encourage your teammates in trainings, help each other out while patrolling, and many more things.

SECTION II: PROBATIONARY OPERATIVES GUIDE-
Probationary operatives may NOT patrol without any rank higher then himself. Failure to do so will result in a suspension or exile. Simply, to rank up is to show up to trainings and patrol with other fellow agents. Respect is another big thing, show respect and you're fine. If not, we will have big problems. Lastly, be active. If you cannot patrol at least a minimum of 2-3 times a week, we'll have a little talk. Activity is a big thing here in the FPS. So overall, stay active, patrol with someone else in FPS that's higher then you, and do your job correctly.

SECTION III: Patrol Ettiques-
Proper patrol Ettiques to do NOT require an arrest everytime. Please know, if someone is harassing you or someone else, warn them. Do not arrest yet. If they do not comply, warn them again. After that an arrest is appropriate. Do not drive recklessly, always keep your speed at a moderate level. In traffic, go slower. If there is an emergency, put on your lights and go at a fast pace, but not so fast. Mass patrols with have squad leaders who you must obey. You will go in the same patrol car. Always stay in contact on the Team radio. Also use team chat by doing % or /team. Refrain from talking to non FPS as possible. Professionalism is key, and staying in contact at all times is important. Always warnings come first unless it's murder, car bomb, shootouts, etc.

SECTION IV: Respect-
Yes we all love to have fun, but sometimes you can push the limits. Do not EVER disrespect your HICOM at all times. They work hard to keep FPS in good shape. If you show respect, maturity and effort, you should be fine and be promoted in no time! Do not “ lollll u some booty bro” to your HICOM. This will result in an exile, no hesititation.

SECTION V: Trainings/Mass Patrols-
One of each will be held daily. Usually have multiple trainings for people who aren't in EST time zone. You should at least attend one of the FPS events, if you cannot there will be a problem. If you're going on vacation, refer to the next section. All absence with notice will be excused. ______________________________________
SECTION VI: Vacation/Inactivity Notices-
If you are going on vacation, please notify the Head of Operations+ so we can excuse you from all FPS held events. If not, you will not be excused and most likely be exiled. We all have plans and stuff, it's perfectly fine if you cannot attend events.
