I just introduced my 5 year old brother to ROBLOX for the first time a few days ago. He got on, had some fun, then got back off. Next day I go on to get him the free items from the catalog and he was banned for posting spam links. I'm telling you; this couldn't have been him. My little brother had a simple username and a simple passcode. His username was qwertyuiop_asdfghjkl before his account got terminated. I watched him the entire time he played, which was tiring, but lets me know he couldn't have done this, because his windows account is set to lock after he's been on it for 3 hours. Is there any way I can get help with this? I sent an email to appelas and this is what I got:
"Thank you for writing in about the moderation action on your account. We have reviewed the situation and have made a decision not to remove the penalty or amend it. Roblox does not tolerate accounts created that are created with the intent of disregarding the rules."
For one: I've had this happen in the past. I reviewed the email I recieved 4 years ago and found it displays a very similar message.
"Thank you for writing in, we have reviewed the situation and have made a decision not to add your deleted account back to the site. Roblox does not allow accounts created with the intent of breaking the rules."
So tell me, does ROBLOX use a bot system? Or are they just really bad at thinking of new ideas? Also, my little brother gave me a 40 page email (or around there) about why he was so sad. He was at school, in kindergarten, and his teacher gave him 2 hours and helped him with words he didn't know, just to let me know this.
Is ROBLOX heartless?

Hello,
Whenever you send ROBLOX an email, the emails usually tend to go to a BOT.
You can try to call ROBLOX and request for the account to be re-activated. I am so sorry this happened to your little brother, I hope he gets his account back!

Welp, yesterday I emailed roblox what I thought, and what my little brother emailed me, and this is what I got.
"Thank you for following up with us about your appeal. We have made a final decision to not lift the ban on this account, and will not be able to further assist you with this issue."
I'm more than likely not going to keep playing ROBLOX unless they can restore my little brother's account. If someone has a way I can contact ROBLOX other than by phone, and get a real person, that would be great. I have no phones at my house and none of my neighbors have phones because we live in a private neighborhood.

heartless is an often misused term. Also Roblox doesn't ban for NO reason, they just ban for crappy reasons. If he played on it for three hours make a new one. Also check again on your brother's activity. He could be smarter than you think

I checked my brother's activity on the computer through my laptop (administrator on our network) and found that he truly didn't do it. I checked all my computer's histories and none of them showed any ROBLOX pages after he got off or any scam websites.

>simple pw
His account could've easily been brute-forced, passguessed, etc.

Simply making a new account for your brother with a unique name and secret code is a better option, after all it is only a account hes used for just 3 hours.
P.S. do not make the secret code so obvious. |
