═────╡The Zenus Legion Guide╞────═
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ═────╡Introduction╞────═
Welcome to The Zenus Legion. This forum will provide basic rules the members of the group should follow, but will also contain the rules High Ranks should follow when hosting a training.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
═────╡Basic Rules╞────═
These are the rules members of the group should be following. This includes High Ranks, as everyone is to be treated equally.
1) Treat your comrades with respect, whatever the rank is. Disrespect is not tolerated in the group. If someone does disrespect you, this does not give you the right to disrespect them back. Either report it to a High Rank. You MUST provide proof to the High Rank or we will not believe you.
2) No flaming whatsoever. This includes trainings, raids, practice raids and any other events. If you are to be caught flaming by someone, you will be warned not to do it again. For those members who are wondering “Should I provide proof?” Of course. However, if another HR is at the event, no need for proof. Simply tell them.
3) Remain mature when on duty. This means no admin abusing (IF YOU HAVE ADMIN). If you want to play music, please be mature with it. We don’t want to ban fun, we want everyone to have a fun time in the group. Don’t use swear words, not talking about inappropriate subjects or acting inappropriately.
4) Try and use grammar as much as possible while in the training centre. We need to act professionally and speak formally to each other.
5) Wear the uniform while on duty. The uniform can be found in the group store.
6) Follow all High Ranks orders. T You will complete it first time without any argument to follow. However, if the command is complete and utter trash, report it to a HR immediately, with proof.
7) Refer to any High Rank as “Sir” or “Ma’am”, depending on the gender.
8) Fighting against TZL in a raid will result in an automatic demotion to novice, whatever the rank.
9) No in-game advertising or recruiting.
10) Be sure to take advice from everyone. Be respectful and listen to them.

═────╡Training rules╞────═
1) When in the lobby, whatever the reason, line-up Shoulder to Shoulder (STS). Fill the front lines left to right, without touching each other. If there are big gaps, try and fill it up. The back line are for InspiredAura and HRs only.
2) If the host orders silence, you must remain silent unless given permission to speak using “PTS” (Permission To Speak).
3) If the host gives you an order, do it first time without causing an argument. If the order is garbage and you don’t know what it means, ask the host if you are to follow that order, the host may correct themselves. However, if you still believe that the command is garbage, report it to either a_jordan(The leader), or the HRs.
4) If you have an important question to ask, say “PTS?”. If the host grants your PTS, ask your question and the host will answer it. However if the host denies it, do not say anything.
5) Never beg for promotions. Promotions are for entitlement, and are rewarded to you from the host. Do not complain if you didn’t get promoted because you will get removed.
6) Immaturity should be kept to a minimum. We don’t want to ban fun, but if you do be immature a lot, the host has every right to remove you from their training. Refer to any High Rank as “Sir” or “Ma’am” depending on their gender.
7) Flaming, spamming, arguing, complaining and taunting is prohibited.
8) If you do have admin, do not under any circumstances use it. You may only use admin to check logs, or say “Permission to use admin?”.
Disobeying the rules will result in you receiving an appropriate punishment.
Repeatedly disobeying the rules, the host has every right to remove you from their training.
These rules will apply to everybody, including every High Rank. No one is above the law.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
═────╡Punishments╞────═
Punishments will be given if a member breaks any of the rules. The following punishments can be given depending on the offence:
• Respawn/Kill/Smite • Kick/Crash • Ban • Temporary Demotion (suspension) • Permanent Demotion • Exile
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
═────╡Promotions╞────═
This is a rough guide on how to get promoted at events/trainings/raid’s/defense’s:
• Stay active in the group and attend training’s, raids, defences etc. • Display combat skill in training’s and raids. • Show good leadership at training’s and raids. • Follow orders and do not break rules. • Wear the uniform to all the events. • Exceed your quota when deciding to host (HRs ONLY).

═────╡Hosting Regulations╞────═
This section is aimed at HRs who are hosting a training. It sets a rough background on what to do when hosting a training:
1) Do not shout a training if another event is going on. You may overshout if any event has the server lock on, or has ended the training. If many HRs want to host at the same time, the first person who shouts may host.
2) Keep the events organised and stay aware of the time. A training should last around 30-60 minutes.
3) You may choose whether or not you can hand out promotions at the end. If you are to hand out promotions, give them to the people who you feel that did the best.
4) HRs have been given admin for a specific reason. It is not to be abused or be used excessively. If you consider that the person using admin is admin abusing or using it for an immature reason, please screenshot it and send it to the owner, or a 2iC.
5) High Ranks can choose if they are to have a co. If they do, they must be HR. If a High Rank comes to a training, they have every right to stay. They have come to your training to either spectate and participate, or to just participate. If a High Rank constantly breaks a rule, the host has every right to remove them. If you can’t kick/crash/ban them, screenshot, send it to the owner or the 2iC, and one of them will sort it out.
6) If you crash, only a H2+ can take over until you come back. If someone else is caught taking over a training, they will be asked to unclaimed, and will be kicked. The host can only ask any HR if they can take over.
If a High Rank breaks any of the rules, you will need to get evidence, and send it to a H3+, and they will deal with the offender.
■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■
═────╡HR Oath╞────═
The following HRs must repeat the following words after passing their HR Test:
I solemnly swear that I [NAME] will be very active, and host whenever I get the chance to. I shall be respectful, be kind, but most importantly, follow orders other High Ranks asks me to do. I also shall remain active, attend trainings/raids/defenses and show that I am HR worthy in Dark Dragons. Hail Dark Dragons!!
