Special Forces Detachment - THIS HAS YET TO BE EXECUTED PROPERLY. A good dev team could really step this up and go all out with amazing tech and a well oiled infrastructure.
Post Apocalyptic - If you can't see the want for this, you have to be blind. Games like Day-Z, Apoc, and After the Flash have exploded as of late. It's worth noting that a clan involving zombies would be very difficult to do right. That doesn't mean you can't have a clan roaming the city streets cyrsis style.
Naval/Space Naval - I tied the two together because they have similar core concepts. All we've ever seen is poor adaptations of boats stuck on the X and Y axis, and spaceships that resembled large flying bricks with boosters strapped to the back. If you had a great build and script team, you could attract tons of attention with this theme. Take things to Le Bote style, and make all the spaceships mini or something.
Anything ragtag/non-professional - A city at siege from cartels, an inexperienced militia thrown together to stop terrorist aggression, ect ect. This has always been sort of the underlying core in my clans. I loved everyone having mismatching uniforms, and just looking sort of unkempt. Building in this style also paves the way for a sort of immersion that you don't get in the cut of the mill style bases that we're used to. |

| I kind of took a different approach, Tempest. With REF we had 6 sets of uniforms that were all interchangeable. It was easy because modern military. Blank bdu, vest on bdu, vest on t-shirt, just a plain t-shirt, different arm bands, pant legs rolled up/down, a kneepad, ect. |

It's all about immersion when I design a clan. Realistically no one has identical uniforms IRL, so I did the same.

| yeah but if you do post-apoc or the ragtag and say "Uniform: mismatch any of your clothing and show up" would be cool |

ASA is on hold. I'm following my development timeline style by launching with the backstory of the clan.
This clan project will explain the mars V earth wars and the need to branch out into the star system. I'm hoping that this clan will attract medium amounts of attention, getting me a good team of devs together to launch ASA. |
