BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF ROCKPORT GENERAL ASSEMBLY HERE ASSEMBLED THAT: Preamble: Flight activity has taken a hit within the past few months and with this bill it could revive the skies. Section I. Airlines shall now be able to be approved to be able to fly in airspace by the Rockport Department of Aviation to increase flight activity and at any time the Rockport Department of Aviation reserves the right to drop an airline or deny it from service within Rockport. Section II. Airlines wanting to enter Rockport Airspace must be allied with Rockport in accordance to the Rockport Foreign Policy and must follow and agree with the Rockport Airspace Regulations. Section III. Airlines must work directly with the Rockport Department of Aviation as in use the TSA, ATC, and Airport Maintenance provided by the department. Section IV. Airlines will be forced to undergo a background check for the safety of the general public. Rockport Department of Aviation shall enforce this. Section V. Airports used by these airlines shall be approved for flights by the Rockport Department of Aviation and approved to be hosted in Rockport by a person whom can approve places within Rockport. Section VI. The Department of Aviation will oversee airlines and make sure they abide by the Airspace Regulations. The Department of Justice and Judicial Branch will oversee prosecuting them if they do decide to break the airspace regulations. Section VII. Upon passage, this bill/implementation shall go into effect immediately. Section VIII. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
