The Kingdom of France-Royaume de France ; 1793
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
ALL HR/HC RANKS: Maturity, respect, adherence to the constitution, general knowledge of what to do if raided when the ranks above you are absent. It is expected for all officers to at least have the Kingdom of France as their primary group or at least House of Bourbon or you own Division (If you control one).
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪ Sous-Lieutenant: -Just started being an officer, mistakes are accepted -Pays attention to everything, taking notes on trainings, raids, battles -Are Second-in-Command to Lieutenants and carries out menial tasks
Lieutenant: -Should be extremely active in France -Begins hosting trainings and ensures men reach the Fort by PMing them -Begins to understand the system as a whole and ensures that visitors are welcomed
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
I would like the following ranks to do the Majority of the trainings (Including those of Colonel+), so as to gather experience with the Men/Women they command, as the following ranks deal mainly with the entire Army:
Capitaine: -Should be patrolling and hosting training each day -Must recruit three(3) new members to reach next rank -Is comfortable leading small squads of men to battle -Has begun to feel confortable in leading roles -Has France as their primary group to reach next rank (and maintain it all throughout)
Major: -Should be hosting trainings regularly -Has to recruit five(5) new members to reach next rank -Trains personally regularly, so skills are well designed -Should have knowledge to take charge in battles when being the highest rank
Commandant: -Expert in general training -Should be hosting trainings regularly -Has to be active in the government to reach next rank -By now, will be a a high ranked officer in divisions
₪▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬๑۩๑▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬₪
The following are to be considered HIGH COMMAND, they mostly control the Army and ensure that everything is flowing correctly. They are the ONLY to speak with Foreign Dignitaries and ensure that tensions do not occur.
Colonel: -Is Second-in-Command to the Brigadier in their Divisions -In most cases, they ensure all trainings are being done regularly -Base commanders to ranks, when in Line battles and Raids -Ensures that Commandants and Majors have recruited men
Brigadier: -Considered Acting-General in cases of a General not present -Controls a Division of the Royal Army (ie. The Royal Marines of France) -Must ensure that each Division is running up to date -Responsible that their Division is not
Général de Personnel: -The General Staff will consist of several generals -Each General will be assigned to focus on a Division, they shall regulate it -Generals do not lead the Divisions, but handle the administrative work -Ensures that training is hosted regularly -Helps the Marshal create strategies -May accept Line battles, Raids to occur
Maréchal de France: -The Maréchal de France is the direct representative of the Monarchy -Should be the most experienced and trusted member of France -Head of the Ministry of Defense -Embodies the Military in all aspects, strict, responsible, elite, hounrable -Ensures all promotions are done justly -Executes strategies agreed upon by the General Staff -May accept Linebattles, Raids to occur
