This will be made off of assumed starters and the way they have played last year, according to statistics. It will be ranked by how I believe they will play next year, not how they played last year. It'll also include opinion (as in who is showing promise), but no bias. Remember, this is my opinion. You can disagree, but try not to insult me. ples.

1. Tom Brady - Despite losing Gronk and Edelman for a while, Brady still finished third for passing yards and first in touchdowns, with a 64.4% completion average, 102.2 QB rating, and only 7 interceptions. That's a great season to me, and even though I've always kind of disliked Brady, he played really well.

2. Cam Newton - I'm not jumping on the bandwagon, but Cam is showing that he can be a really nice QB. He had an amazing season, and I'm pretty sure that he'll be able to play good next season as well.

3. Aaron Rodgers - Rodgers actually had a rough season. He had a few clutch plays and played nicely, but without Jordy, he couldn't play as well as he had been able to. Now, Jordy is back, and he'll be back to where he was before. I think he'll have a good season.

4. Russel Wilson - Wilson just lost his running back, which may bring the seahawks down, but he's still one of the best quarterbacks in the league. He's young and quick, and has the ability to make great plays. He should be back to normal hopefully next year.

5. Ben Roethlisberger - He was hurt a lot last season, but still finished 14th in passing yards last season. He's still the great quarterback that he's always been, and I'm sure him and the Steelers should do well next season, even without Bryant.

6. Andrew Luck - Last season went wrong. Terribly wrong. He was injured so much, that he ended with only 1881 passing yards. We've seen that he can play well, he just needs to stay healthy. Hopefully, the Colts pick up a few options for Luck to give the ball to in the draft. He's definitely a great QB, he just needs to show it off.

7. Andy Dalton - Dalton went off last season, but the season was cut short when he was injured. He had the highest QB rating in the NFL. He is a great player, and I'm sure he can do the same thing he did last season in the fall of 2016.

8. Kirk Cousins - WHAT?! No one saw Kirk coming. He led the NFL in completion percentage while being quarterback for the Redskins. THE REDSKINS. He might not deserve to be top 10, but there's not many other QBs who really deserve to be up here either. He may be the next Tom Brady or Rodgers, going from a backup to a star.

9. Philip Rivers - This man was leading the NFL in passing yards for most of the season. He plays incredible, despite having arguably one of the worst teams in the NFL. He is aging, but I think he'll still play pretty well next year.

10. Drew Brees - I love Drew Brees, and even though he led the NFL in passing yards and had 32 touchdowns with 11 interceptions, he might start to fall off with age. There's no telling, because he showed off last season, but at least he's top 10 still. This might be one of my controversial placements.

11. Carson Palmer - Palmer had an incredible season, and to be honest, I'm not so sure why he's so far down on the list. He did lead them to the playoffs, but he completely blew it in his last playoff game. He's also gaining age, and I'm afraid it'll take his toll. Prove me wrong, Palmer.

12. Matt Ryan - The Falcons finished 2 - 7, but Matty Ice still finished 5th in passing yards last season. I think he could improve over the off season and come back as one of the greater quarterbacks in the NFL next season. Don't count him out.

13. Marcus Mariota - Mariota had a great last season before being injured, but being on the Titans and finishing last in the NFL for their record makes me believe that even though Marcus is good, he may not be able to bring up the Titans.

14. Jameis Winston - Winston threw several interceptions but he had a lot of passing yards. He can get the job done, but the amount of picks he threw brings him down on this list. He still has to learn a bit about decision making it seems, but he has potential

15. Eli Manning - The Giants were awful, but Eli still played nicely. He finished sixth in passing yards with 35 TDs. I think he has something to prove, being the brother of Peyton Manning, who has retired. Now's his time to shine... Hopefully.

16. Joe Flacco - He was injured last season, like everyone! He's a good quarterback, not necessarily top 10, but good. He should perform pretty nicely next season.

17. Derek Carr - Now that the chemistry between Amari Cooper and him is built, Carr should be able to show that the Raiders aren't an awful team. With all of these new free agents, they might be a playoff team!

18. Tony Romo - Romo is injury prone. We completely learned that last season. As a Cowboys fan, it hurt when I saw the sack on Thanksgiving, and I knew he was injured before he was injured. Hopefully he'll make a comeback now that he's being healed and play well before age starts fighting against him too.

19. Sam Bradford - The Eagles were a mess. Kelly put together a team that had no chemistry, causing Bradford to have a hard time coming in and playing well. He's an injury prone player, and hasn't shown too much promise. I still can't count him out though, he has a chance to bring the Eagles to the playoffs.

20. Ryan Fitzpatrick - He's having trouble finding a team right now all because of his age. That's one of the issues that he deals with putting him down here. I'm not sure if he can play as well as he did last season again. He's still a good quarterback though, and if he resigns with the Jets, he can possibly lead them to the playoffs again.

21. Teddy Bridgewater - He showed some potential in the offseason, but Mike Wallace, a former Vikings wide receiver, didn't like the way he played. The fact that he was 22nd in passing yards and his receivers were unsatisfied puts him down low here.

22. Jay Cutler - Only 11 ints, but only 22 TDs. Cutler wasn't terrible last season, but he's still not that great either. Give him a good team, and maybe he'll show off, but right now, he's a bit average.

23. Blake Bortles - He threw way too many interceptions. 18 to be exact. He put the ball in the air riskily too much, but once he figures out when to throw the ball, he'll be a good franchise QB for the jaguars, who made nice offseason moves.

24. Ryan Tannehill - Tannehill played well, but the Dolphins are a mess. The team, led by him, isn't getting the job done, and partially that can be credited to him. The team is in pieces right now, which may cause him to not play too well.

25. Matthew Stafford - He made Calvin Johnson retire. Come on man. Your team ended up as a failure, and it was partially your fault. Stafford was rumored to be released earlier this season, but it seems like he'll stay for a little longer. He didn't do bad statistically, but he couldn't get the Lions as a whole to win.

26. Tyrod Taylor - Taylor was so-so for his first season as a starter. He didn't do too bad, but I can't really determine how well he will play next season. The Bills aren't really a great team to be on. I can't even name one of their receivers off of the top of my head, so I'm not sure how well he can play in such an environment. This is around the point where I am just throwing up players.

27. Nick Foles - He was benched at one point, and we didn't know if he would return. Foles isn't really a good QB, and it doesn't look like that's going to change.

28. Alex Smith - He wasn't really bad, but I don't think he'll get better any better, like Foles. Age is also starting to come over, so that will impact how he plays in the future.

29. Blaine Gabbert - I feel bad for him. He's not a good quarterback, and he's doomed to the 49er's I'm not sure he'll even start, but this is before the draft. He's a dead end quarterback, sadly.

30. Mark Sanchez - Butt fumble 2.0 coming soon to a TV near you. Poor Broncos fans. He's not good, and I'm still seriously not sure why they chose him over Tebow a year ago or so on the Eagles. Chip Kelly you're a weird man. The only way I could see him improving is from the great coaching and WRs that he has.

31. Colin Kaepernick - He was benched, so he didn't play that much. I don't know which team he'll be going to, but he should be on this list. He's not really good at all. Enough said.

32. Johnny Manziel - He probably won't live for another few months, or he'll end up in jail. He just got a new agent, so maybe he'll go somewhere. If he took the game seriously, he'd be a great quarterback, but nah, he won't.

33. Josh McCown - He's not good. That is all.

I disagree with this list already, so I don't blame you if you do. What would you rank these QBs as?
