| I cant go to the gym, I get social anxiety and I feel very uncomfterable with people watching me exercise and when that happens, I lose all dedication so I wont "try to mess things up" but I always end up messing up |

| If you're serious about losing weight it's simple as energy in energy out. Watch your diet and exercise often but don't push yourself. Drink water over other drinks such as soda but don't drink too much water either. I'm not an expert on bulking up but I know there are legitimate articles you can find on the web |

| Well I do have things in the garage that my parents (obviously) never use. There is a punching bag, treadmill, bike thingy that doesnt move, a mountain bike, 15 lbs. weights (yeah I know thats very low but thats all we have), this small wheel thingy that I have no idea what it does, a big blue ball, and in my backyard I have a pool |

"Watch your diet and exercise often but don't push yourself."
EDIT: Don't push yourself when starting out because you might injure yourself. Push yourself when you have the feel of things and are confident you won't injure yourself (make sure to stretch!) |

I would start out with a pool to be honest. Pools are much easier on the body and the joints in general as opposed to cardio but still give you a good workout. The stationary exercise bike would be very useful too but I'd rather actually use a bike to ride around (my opinion). The big blue ball would probably be an exercise ball used for obvious reasons. But yeah get goggles and some trunks and take a dip and get swimming. Don't say "It's too cold >:(((". Just take your mind off of it and exercise in the water. |

Don't fall for those sugar pills that you see on TV. |
