protein powder in the morning jog work out with either weights or calisthenics jog after workout drink more protein after your workout don't eat right after you work out, it's not good for you. i'd say wait about an hour
also, if you're only 14, you don't need to get rid of that fat at all, you will grow and everything will look alright

yes, but be sure to watch some instructional videos as well, i know they're boring, but beginners generally do workouts/exercises wrong and can potentially damage their body.
also, dont forget to work out your shoulders and legs too, another beginner mistake. don't push yourself at the start, like someone previously said, or you could injure yourself.
try and set up a schedule. (example: monday-biceps+triceps, wednesday-shoulders and back, friday- legs) it's always good for beginners to take a day of rest, as you progress and get more and more into working out, you can start taking shorter periods of breaks (maybe 5, or 6 days a week you can work out, all depends on your preference)

oh and more importantly, if you do get to a point where you're comfortable working out at a gym, when trying to achieve goals by going with a high weight, always have somebody spot you, progressing in weights can be dangerous if you're by yourself and if you don't knoif you can lift it.

u might have to invest in some dumbbell plates or a barbell if u want to build muscle
do calisthenics for now when u buy ur weights id recommend going here & ask for a routine & specify what equipment u have forum.bodybuilding.cm/forumdisplay.php?f=10
