What’s new in TC3?
Sounds. • All units have a firing sound, and some have a death/spawn sound • Research center makes a sound when you research something • The interface also has some sound effects when opening or placing things
Unit control • You now have more power over your units. When you tell a unit where to go, you’ll see what their path to the point is, so you know exactly where they’re headed. • You’ll have a square/circle around the buildings/units you have selected • You can make your units spread out or huddle up by clicking and dragging to create a circle that spread out your units positions proportionately.
Buildings • I’ve introduced two new systems, the research center and house system. • Soldiers, Tanks, and Planes can now have an additional maximum capacity of 4 each. • There are Soldier, Tank, and Plane Houses that you build to boost this capacity. When you initially build one, they will raise the corresponding unit’s capacity by one. To get the further 3, you must research it at the Research Center. • The Research Center, on top of having researches for the unit houses, lets you research other things such as Juggernauts, Nuclear Silos, Fire Missiles, and Humvees. • I have changed Nuclear Silos. You must now research them before you can build them, but this can be done at any point in the game. You do not need any amount of power plants to make a nuclear silo anymore, nor is there a time limit between making missiles. • Many more buildings to come before the game is released fully, and more afterward
Units • Motherships can now spawn Space Fighters • I’ve introduced Aircraft Carriers. They can garrison a lot of soldiers, tanks, and planes, and can also spawn their own planes out in the sea. • Fire Missile created in the nuclear silo will catch enemies(and yours, be careful) on fire. Not just in a range, but the fire will spread around to the nearest buildings and units. • Many more units to come before the game is released fully, and more afterward
Graphics • I am in the process of converting all old maps to more realistic triangle maps. This means no more rough edges that rectangle parts make. • Spaceships shoot sci-fi lasers, buildings shoot electric static-like lasers, and all other units shoot bullets now. • Daytime/nighttime cycle. All buildings have a light that slowly glows and dies with the day and night cycle. • Buildings will throw off smoke when damaged, proportionate to their amount of damage • Nuclear Missiles received an upgrade. The nuke blast looks more realistic now. • Water base has been replaced with terrain water. • Energy Crystals look more sci-fi. No more blocky squares. • All GUIs look better and are more efficient
Create Buildings • Creating buildings is much easier now. The selection box is now the entire building, so you can see exactly what you’re building and where • If you can’t build something, it lets you know beforehand by making the selection building red. • A circle is put below the selection building letting you know how close you must be to something to successfully build it. • You can rotate buildings by holding down the R button • Hold shift and press a letter to search all buildings you can make that start with that letter. Makes finding stuff easier.
Features • You can now change the color of your interface • All rounds are saved to a database and can be rewatched whenever you want. You’ll be able to sort all the rounds ever played by casualties, total money generated, player names, round length, map name, etc. Sort of like a TC3 YouTube. *This feature will be enabled very soon* • Hats for soldiers. Playing the game earns you ingame currency(haven’t decided on a name yet) that will let you buy any hat in the roblox catalog for your soldiers to wear. *This feature will be enabled very soon*
Stats • Defeating enemy buildings and units earns you xp, which will put you on the roblox leaderboard with player points. In the near future I’ll also be turning this into a leveling system where your xp decides what level you’re on, and others will be able to see your level. • Defeating buildings and powerful units will yield in-game currency that will allow you to buy hats for your soldiers
What you can expect from TC3 in the future: • Many new units, such as rocket soldiers, anti-air soldiers, anti-air tanks, helicopters, submarines, radiation missile, transport tank, possible more alien units like mothership and space fighter • Many new buildings, such as anti-air turrets, sea turrets, land and water mines, radiation building, etc. • A lobby where you can see every running server and its map, players inside(and their xp level), how many teams are alive, how many teams are alive and unoccupied, round time. You’ll also be able to follow friends or search users to see if they are playing. • Pretty much anything not currently in TC3 will be put back in soon, so don’t worry if you don’t see something from TC2 anymore :P • VIP servers that let you customize everything you can think of. The system I set up for the game is highly changeable, without even needing to restart a round or shut down a server. You’ll be able to choose where you can build specific buildings, whether you can unally or not, unit stats, what units/buildings are allowed to shoot what units/buildings. You want to allow powerplants to shoot enemies as far away as 50 studs? No problem.
Lag • The game lags less than ever :)

| the encouragement of more nukes is a bit worrying, but other than that i cant wait to see whats in store to make this game better. see you when its free! :) |

| Sounds good, I suggest a more realistic touch by adding like a squad leader for units and formations you can create with so many units selected |

Ideas: Specail units that you customise (you gain currency from killing enemies, buildings, and winning. the troops can have certain armor, guns, and even abilities, like dropping a mini sentry gun upon killing a enemy, or a healing aura. A troop called "The Nuker" that carrys a fat man from fallout 4. Drones (turrets that roam your base, shooting any enemy it sees.) Buffs/debuffs (affects that last for a amount of time, that does something good or bad, like Bleeding or Rage. Some affects do good and bad things, like State of Fury, which makes the troop have 125% more attack power and 50% more speed, but the troop has a chance to miss, or do friendly fire.) Troops that use close quarter weapons or smack troops with a item. Troops could Use a sword and swing furiously, or a troop could hit multiple troops with a shotgun. I have not played the game yet, so do not judge or tel me anything is already in the game. |

| Can you please make a building control interface? I hate having to deselect all my units to see how if my buildings are producing troops. Also, can you please make it so that you don't lose money by clicking an ally's production building? |

| you should add death ########## like ##### sink ##### ####### ######## fall to the ground ###### spiral down ########### ###### fall with a bunch of explosions you should also add ####### ##### slow ###### with medium health that bomb ground ##### only and for ###### add ##### when they get half ####### and maybe you could make the ########### bullets look like ###### and last thing you should make the battle ship have anti air #### instead of the ####### ######## at them I know its big request but you should consider WHOS WITH ME |
