Clarification of Open Carry or COC
SECTION I. INTRODUCTION Open carry has been a long topic dwelled upon by many citizens and cops as to whether it is legal, or an arrest-able offense and if so, what you would arrest for.
SECTION II. CLARIFICATION Open carry is in fact illegal and has been for several months now, this will clarify and possibly make new loopholes within the law. Several others and I have had problems multiple times with stubborn citizens who believe open carry is illegal.
SECTION III. WHERE IT IS LEGAL Open carry is legal on private properties owned by the citizens, and others with consent of the other, that's it.
SECTION IV. WHERE IS IT ILLEGAL It is illegal on public property and governmental approved private properties (Bank of America, GNC Finance, etc.)
SECTION V. CONCLUSION This bill will clarify where open carry is legal and is not; if the citizen is warned THREE times or more, it is an arrest-able offense of open carry or less if you feel threatened. Open carry is practically illegal everywhere except within houses or on house property owned by citizens
