I need 25 or more people's support to get this idea approved.
(Please read through this information)
________________________________________________ As I've been attending Battle Practices in RAT a lot more now, I've been noticing Certain High Ranks that have been making mistakes, and ruining the "fun" and ignore the "mistake" by continuing on.
-Now I haven't reported any of these events on date, but here is one I had time to do, and recover. [3/17/2016|12:10:12 - 12:45]
(Over the next days, more information will be gathered and provided to this forum, as a clip statement.)
These certain High Ranks, that I could name, are obviously new to the scene, and don't know how to run things around, and carefully.
An initiation process for High Ranks should be introduces into RAT as a training program, to ensure the new HR's are ready and able to host, with little mistake, that are not major. ________________________________________________ (Information about the High Ranks, will not be given out unless asked for from RAT HR's that are at a necessary rank.)
Please post your opinions on this issue, and say "support" or "no support." Thank you for reading all of this,
Marksman, Frostiverse

I think it has good potential,
I would just like to see how it gets executed.

What you are describing is exactly what Supervisors, Justicars, and Vindicators are.
They are OFficers in training, and will make mistakes. They become HR's when they are ready.

Tell me one thing. Have you've seen other HR's that are capable of hosting help them out? They can't learn by themselves. They need to learn the proper way. A separate group would be at least adjustable for this issue, but it still needs to be listened to.

"Have you've seen other HR's that are capable of hosting help them out?"
No because it's in trainer teamchat and their own teamspeak channel or skype after the event etc in a private manner not in front of 20 people.
Anyways if the problem is HRs not helping them enough then just petition for HRs to help more often instead of this elaborate system. |

You do know they have offices in the team speak.

Battle practices are drastically useless right now besides gaining prestige. The battle practice system needs to be fixed before we teach people how to run one.

i won't call this stupid but i'll call it insanely ridiculous
you just said that we should introduce a 'TRAINING PROGRAM' without saying what this training program would do
the way the promotion system works is fine and if you have problems with some officers what you should do is talk to circular or phillz, not come up with a bad idea and petition it on c&g because you know some rat members will support it anyways

jensen he can complain if he thinks there's a real issue so i don't really support your statement
but following what i said there isn't much to complain about considering most of the officers are competent
but if there is something to complain about circular and phillz are willing to listen i assume

i just wanna clarify that "high rank" is an incorrect label, most of the hosting is done by "officers" or "sub-officers"
high ranks are admirals. officers are justicar and marshal. sub-officers are supervisors are vindicators. most hosting is done with supervisors. the supervisors are learning how to host, and therefore won't be perfect. but if they aren't improving and keep making the same mistakes i'd agree there is an issue and question why it isn't being addressed.
on another note, id be interested to see more elaboration on your plan. i can agree battle practices are lacking. |

I believe I pointed it out there.

Why introduce a useless officer system when you can TEACH the officers and give them tips on how to become any better
Drop it low and pick it up just like this | terminated add 20k+ |

Meme Have you seen any co-operation with these Officers in training?
That is one key reason why I'm bring this topic up. No one that I have seen has helped them out. At least have some program to enforce this, so it could be better processed.

| a low rank does NOT go to battle practices to learn or simply have fun, the vast majority would only attend for a reward(prestige) |

You are right. I feel like WitethunderHWD could be explained as one of those people. I say this because he is usually getting mad, and trolling the Trainers. They don't really take away his prestige for this, they just kick him or warn him over 3 times.
