| So this isnt so much a scripting question but for some reason at random times (causes I have not yet figured out) my games body positions and body velocity just give out. ships that were in the air just fall and fast moving bullets slow down to a crawl when fired. Then they will kick back in and start working again a few seconds later. The game runs smooth as butter but the objects seem to moving on a different speed or something? Does anyone know what could cause this? |

| This is happening in studio testing mode and I am right next to the parts, there should be no problem with network ownership |

| my computer isnt lagging at all, The script is running perfectly smooth too, the only change is what seems to be P in the bodyPosition/Velocity. |

If the problem is with body positions, it could be that you have the dampening property set to high: http://wiki.roblox.com/index.php?title=API:Class/BodyPosition/D |

| The body velocity is the one slowing down not body position so it cant be dampening because it doesnt have that value, the body positions are just simply giving out for short times, and its all of them at once. |

| It could still just be your computer. Try showing the Studio performance stats, and see if the physics refresh rate drops when it happens. |

| physics is constantly running 60 fps however when the lagging occurs the PhysicsReal drops down to 3 fps. theres the issue now how can we fix it? |

| Well I assume this issue shouldn't occur on a Roblox server, have you tried testing it there? |

| I'm not completely sure, but I assume PhysicsReal is what is actually being shown and Physics is what is being calculated or something like that. |

| I went on to a server and tested it and I never got the bug, atleast I have that cleared up. |
