Just a list of rule or guidelines the keep things in order inside the group. ________________________________________ Leads ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -There will only be ONE lead developer for any lead rank. -If a need for another lead developer arises, a new role may be added. -Lead Developers are in control and have final say about anything involving they're given area of development. -Lead developers can and should help develop other aspects of the game outside their given lead area of development. ~Lead developers have say over non lead developers regardless on whether it involves their lead area of development or otherwise, provided it doesn't contradict what the lead of that area of development as already decided. ________________________________________ Non Lead Devs ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ -If a lead's idea is terrible call it out. -don't ask to become lead -When editing a game save the changes as a model and to not save the game(this will keep anyone from losing any work) ~Work can be saved if a lead dev says it can(Leads are in communication so can check if anyone is editing) -Post ideas to the wall or PM one of the leads.
