4492 CE
Humanity has taken its toll on the universe. It’s expanded its borders to thousands of solar systems. The human peoples have split into thousands of different factions and have forgotten their ancestry over the course of a couple millennia. Eventually, through galactic commerce and discovery, the humans have discovered thousands of alien species.

According to the Terran Calendar, on August 12th, 4492, the ambassadors from three-hundred-forty-two planets congregated aboard the Ufranian Diversete-class gigantic cruise ship “Lynx”. Over the course of two weeks of diplomatic meetings, the Galactic Star Confederation was formed.

In the Galactic People’s Assembly, each system implemented into the Confederation was to elect two senators to speak for the people of their planet at the Galactic People’s Assembly whenever a meeting was called into session. During the Bronze Period of the Confederation, there were a total of six-hundred-eighty-four delegates that composed the assembly.

In 6493 CE, the Crodilian Republic was introduced into the Confederation. The Crodillian Republic was the leading planet in the 5492 Galactic Medical Science Progression Evaluation (GMSPE). In fear of losing this significant detail, the Confederation desperately granted the Crodilian Republic a chair on the Executive Committee.

In 6500 CE, the Yeobet Dominion began to expand its borders close to that of the Confederation’s. Due to the warmongering and expansionism that was the Yeobeti’s leader, the Assembly decided to pass the Militarization and Mobilization Act which granted the High August Armed Forces, a military force spanning about 1.84 trillion soldiers, and 842.34 billion vehicles. Surprisingly, this only took up 13.28% of the entire population of the Confederation at the time.

On the brink of war and the highest surge of industrialization in the Confederation since the reinstitution of the plasma weaponry manufacturing business, the Confederation was well-prepared to combat the Dominion’s forces. There was no official declaration of war, but instead the Dominion said that they’d reduce their borders by 32% in the event that the Confederation gives the Dominion a chair on the Executive Committee.

With this, the modern Galactic Star Confederation was complete.

Galactic Star Confederation (GSC)
The Galactic Star Confederation is a large empire spanning seven-thousand-eight-hundred-twenty solar systems, with over 13.72 trillion residents in their overall population. It also has the largest recorded military prowess in the entire galaxy. It is a democratic republic which all major actions are dictated by the Executive Committee, which currently consists of 12 delegates from six different planets. The Supreme Magistrate is the head of the Executive Committee and has entire control over the GSC.
*Sub-faction(s): High August Armed Forces, Galactic People’s Assembly, Galactic Star Department of Research, Confederation Protection Bureau, Confederation Intelligence Agency, Confederation Banking Association

Yeobet Dominion
The Yeobet Dominion was birthed on the planet Slodotis. Slodotis is a swampy world except for the large icy lands that the Yeobet Dominion was founded upon. The Yeobet Matriarchy, a medium-sized country that planned global domination, was the foundation for the eventual Yeobet Dominion.

Over the course of the next sixteen planetary years, the Yeobet Matriarchy developed large weapons of war in secret against the Slodotis Planetary Adherence Council, which would break the Gemjex Weapons Treaty of 4832 SIC (6040CE), which declared that no weapons of mass destruction are allowed to be manufactured so long as the Chairman of the Council is standing.

In 4901 SIC (6126CE) the Yeobet Matriarchy made its mark and used its weapons of mass destruction to invade all other continent and countries opposing the newly founded Yeobet Dominion. After three years of war, the Yeobet Dominion came out on top and began to research the art of space faring. The war was named the “Three Years of Extinction”, which ended in 4904 SIC (6,155CE).

After it hit the Space Age in 4924 SIC, the Yeobet Dominion began its rapid expansion over the course of seventy star systems and subjugating thousands of native species. In 5200 SIC, the Yeobet Dominion met the Galactic Star Confederation’s borders, which eventually led to the integration of the Yeobet Dominion as a standing leader on the Assembly’s Executive Committee, as well as within the Galactic Star Confederation’s senatorial ranks.

Crodillian Republic
The Crodillian Republic is a faction founded on Crodilia, a green planet based around medical science and the evolution of technology via renewable resources and anti-pollution policies. In 4000CE, the Crodillian Republic was formed to encompass the entire planet. They eventually joined the Galactic Star Confederation after bartering their way into the Executive Committee by showing their excellence in medical sciences and technological advancement and would help with the input into the technology advancements in the Confederation. The Executive Committee agreed to this and placed the Crodillian Republic as their 11th member on the board.

//SUB-FACTIONS\\

High August Armed Forces [GSC]
The High August Armed Forces was the product of the Militarization and Mobilization Acts of 6500 CE. It consists of 1.84Tn soldiers and 842.34Bn vehicles at the disposal of the Armed Forces. The recruitment margin per galactic year is about a 0.34% rate. The projected number of the High August Armed Forces in 6175CE is about 625.6Tn (excluding wars/epidemics/catastrophic events). The High General of the Armed Forces is High General Tray Mayzon [HghGn Mayzon]. The standard-issued weapon of the High August Army is the PV87 Plasma Carbine.

Galactic People’s Assembly [GSC]
The Galactic People’s Assembly was founded in 4492CE to enact the people’s voice in the form of the government. It is led by the Executive Committee, which consists of twelve member planets and is led by the Supreme Magistrate. The Galactic People’s Assembly is located on the most vastly populated planet under the Confederation’s control, Frecanus.

Galactic Star Department of Research [GSC]
The Galactic Star Dept. of Research was established in 4492CE to advance the technological understanding that of the Galactic Star Confederation. The department is led by the Board of Lead Scientists, which is made of twenty members labeled by the Confederate Aptitude Test as the highest caliber geniuses of the Galactic Star Confederation.

Confederation Protection Bureau [GSC]
The Bureau for Civil Protection in the Galactic Star Confederation, more commonly known as the Confederation Protection Bureau, is the agency that protects civilians and government buildings and officials across the Confederation. The bureau is led by Chairman Vyctor Orin. The headquarters for the Bureau is located on Frencaus near the People’s Assembly House. The main composition of the Bureau’s forces is comprised of civil volunteers and droids.

Confederation Intelligence Agency [GSC]
The Intelligence Agency of the Galactic Star Confederation was made to counter terrorist actions before they’re made as well as keep an eye over those who oppose the Confederation. They have buildings across the Capital Planets.

Confederation Banking Association [GSC]
The Confederation Banking Association runs the banks across the galaxy and is the leading source for the Confederation’s mesmerizing wealth. They control 12.16% of the entire galaxy’s circulated currency.

Crodillian Medical Agency [GSC-CR]
The Crodilian Medical Agency is the leading organization of the medical sciences in the Confederation. It’s based on Crodilia, the home planet of the Crodillians. It’s so far discovered 2.34Mn cures for diseases.

//WEAPONS\\

- Primary Weapons -

High August Armed Forces (GSC)

- PV87 Plasma Carbine:
The bread and butter of the HAAF, the PV87 Plasma Carbine is a 30-round assault carbine that has served for almost 30 years. Incorporating the GSC's signature plasma technology, the PV87 features a replaceable plasma-canister that stores its plasma-bolts. The Carbine has three fire modes: safe, semi, and auto. In addition, the PV87 has a maximum fire rate of 789 RPM, and can become overheated if consecutively fired for 3 magazines, after which a 10 second cool-down will come into effect.

- PV90 Plasma Marksman Rifle:
A more precision-oriented weapon of the HAAF, the Plasma Marksman Rifle bridges the dedicated Sniper with the more infantry-friendly Rifle. The PV90 features a replaceable plasma-cartridge that hold 20 plasma-bolts, and has two fire modes: safe and semi. The Marksman Rifle has a maximum fire rate of 440 RPM features rails for magnification scopes.

- PV75 Plasma Light Machine Gun:
Designed to handle a high volume of fire without overheating, the PV75 Plasma LMG features a 250 round plasma cartridge and has a maximum fire rate of 620 RPM. The Plasma LMG has two fire modes: safe and auto. Overheating is rarely an issue for the PV75, as the LMG can handle almost 100,000 plasma-bolts before requiring any servicing.

- PV95 Plasma Close Quarters Combat Rifle (CQCR):
The PV95 CQCR provides the HAAF with options in close quarters situations. The CQCR is provided with a 40-round plasma-bolt cartridge and is only 415mm long with a folded stock. Its maximum fire rate is 937 RPM, and suffers from increased overheating issues as a result. The CQCR can only handle approximately 2 magazines of sustained fire before requiring a cool down period of 13 seconds. Its plasma-bolt cartridge is of a lighter type to help with the larger amount of plasma-bolts and high fire rate. The CQCR has three modes of fire: safe, semi, and auto.

- PV80 Plasma Shotgun:
The PV80 Shotgun is another CQC oriented weapon for the HAAF, although its focus is not in fire rate but in spread. Its plasma-bolts are increased in power settings. Instead of firing one plasma-bolt per trigger-pull, the PV80 Plasma Shotgun releases 8 plasma-pellets per trigger pull. The PV80 holds approximately 10 8-round plasma cartridges in its tube magazine, and is operated via pump action, limiting its maximum fire rate to 60 RPM.

Yeobet Dominion

- Praefoco:
The designated infantry rifle of the Yeobet Dominion, the Praefoco utilizes the Yeobet Dominion's unique energy-sludge weapons technology. Instead of being a straight penetration round, the energy-sludge remains in its semi-liquid state on a target's surface, causing lasting damage in addition to the initial penetration damage. The Praefoco has a 25-round energy-sludge magazine, and is covered with blue glowing energy crystals that powers up its optics. The Praefoco's maximum fire rate is 517 RPM.

- Caedis:
The Yeobet Dominion's long-range rifle, the Caedis has a magazine size of 15 rounds and uses the same energy-sludge technology that the rest of the Yeobet Dominion's weapons have. The Caedis features a fire rate of 250 RPM and is limited to semi-automatic fire. The Caedis also features yellow glowing energy crystals that powers its x10 optics.

- Draco:
A monstrous short range firearm, the Draco fires off 10 energy-sludge tendrils per shot. These tendrils ensnare the victim within a painful net, causing severe burns at the contact points. While devastating up-close, the Draco is limited by its pitiful range of only 4 meters, and only has 4 shots before requiring an energy-sludge pack for reloading. The Draco has a fire rate of 60 RPM and has energy crystals that powers its small 1x optics.

- Aquilam:
Another short range option for the Yeobet Dominion, the Aquilam is the traditional weapon of the Yeobet Dominion tracing back its ancient history. A melee weapon, unlike most other weapon systems, the Aquilam bears a slight resemblance to a human pike with a staff that is sharpened at an edge. The Aquilam is entirely made up of pure energy-sludge contained within a magnetic field, allowing it to cut through most materials with ease. The range of the Aquilam depends on the user, but averages out to 3 meters as the weapon is only that long. Continued, heavy use results in an overheating crash, forcing the weapon to cool down for 20 minutes.

- Odi:
Despite its rather curt name, the Odi unleashes intolerable amounts of damage towards its enemy. The Odi is the main suppression weapon for the Yeobet Dominion, although it can also kill numerous enemies if wielded effectively. The Odi is an energy-sludge ray contained within magnetic fields and has a range of 700 meters. Once aimed and the trigger is pulled, the ray lasts for approximately 5 seconds before requiring a cool down of 3 seconds. The Odi has enough in its batteries to fire 4 rays before needing to recharge with a new battery pack.

Crodillian Republic

- Mk.25 Friden:
As keeping with the peaceful traditions of the Crodillian Republic, the Friden is not a true weapon; it is a stun weapon. Utilizing the Crodillian electric-photon technology, the Friden is an assault rifle with a 25 round magazine and a fire rate of 625 RPM. The Friden fires electric-photon rounds that serve to incapacitate its targets, sending them to an involuntary muscle spasm. In more drastic situations, the Friden may switch to a lethal-mode, which consumes two times the ammunition compared to its normal stun-mode.

- Mk.30 Beruhigen:
Continuing the trend, the Beruhigen is a long-range stun rifle for the Crodillian Republic's armed forces. The Beruhigen houses a 12 round magazine, a fire rate of 300 RPM, and fires electric-photon rounds. The stun effect reduces the Beruhigen's targets to a temporary coma, from which they awaken generally after 2 hours. The Mk.30's range is approximately 800 meters, and comes with an x10 optic built into the rifle housing. The rifle can also switch to a lethal-mode, but consumes its ammunition at 3 times the rate of the stun-mode.

- Mk.28 Lieb
The Lieb is a decidedly short range stun weapon with no lethal options at all. The Mk. 28 has a magazine size of 35 rounds, and has a fire rate of 750 RPM. The Lieb is a sub-machine gun relies on overwhelming the enemy at close range with stun electric-photon rounds in hopes of a complete stun.

- Mk.45 Sanft
The Sanft is the LMG of choice for the Crodillian Republic, and has served for almost seven years now. The Sanft, as with all Crodillian Republic weapons, focuses on stunning the enemy, although it does have a lethal option should the situation require it. The Mk.45 has a box magazine of 120 rounds, and has a fire rate of 1090 RPM. Unlike most other LMGs, the Sanft is capable of rapid fire without too much recoil. However, because it fires stun electric-photon rounds, it suffers in the damage department. The lethal-mode consumes 4 times the ammunition as the stun-mode.

- Mk. 35 Abwher
The Abwher is another close range option for the Crodillian Republic, although it has a lethal option unlike the Mk.28 Lieb. The Abwher is a close range shotgun-type firearm that has a magazine of 15 rounds and a fire rate of 212 RPM. Unlike the HAAF's shotgun, the Abwher is a semi-automatic type, allowing for a greater rate of fire. However, as a shotgun-type weapon, the Mk. 35 suffers from a short range of only 15 meters. The lethal-mode consumes 3 times the ammunition as the stun-mode.

- Secondary Weapons -

High August Armed Forces (GSC)

- PV11 Plasma Pistol:
The sidearm of choice for the HAAF, the PV11 Plasma Pistol continues to serve the GSC for almost 20 years. Has two fire modes: safe and semi. The magazine size is 16 plasma-bolt rounds, and has a fire rate of 625 RPM. The PV11 requires a cool down of 5 seconds after 3 magazines of continuous fire.

- PV15 Plasma Burst Pistol:
A burst variant of the PV11, the PV15 has three fire modes: safe, semi, and 3-round burst. Has a magazine size of 21 rounds and a fire rate of 937 RPM for each burst. Suffers from a cool down penalty of 6 seconds after 4 magazines of continuous fire. Utilizes the standard plasma-bolt rounds of the HAAF.

Yeobet Dominion

- Auxilium:
The standard sidearm of the Yeobet Dominion, the Auxilium uses the same energy-sludge technology as the other Yeobet Dominion weapons. It has a magazine size of 12 shells and a fire rate of 468 RPM. Unlike most other sidearm’s, each shell contains 6 energy slugs, effectively making the Auxilium a pistol-shotgun that suffers with a range of 8 meters.

- Malum:
A miniaturized version of the Odi energy-sludge ray, the Malum has enough battery charge for a total of 2 sustained rays. The Malum fires off a sustained ray of energy-sludge contained within a magnetic field for about 3 seconds before requiring a cool down of 2 seconds. Its range compared to the original Odi is poor at 100 meters only.

Crodillian Republic

- Mk.22 Hundchen:
A standard sidearm for the Crodillian Republic armed forces, the Mk. 23 again focuses on stunning rather than killing. The Hundchen holds about 13 electric-photon rounds and has a fire rate of 600 RPM. The Mk.22's lethal-mode consumes 2 times the ammunition as the stun-mode.

- Mk.19 Drachen
An older sidearm of the Crodillian Republic, the Mk.19 Drachen is a unique revolver-semi automatic pistol hybrid. While the action is a double-action semi auto, the Mk.19 relies on a revolving cylinder containing 8 rounds. With a fire rate of 625 RPM, the Mk.19 is also a powerful stun pistol, capable of knocking most enemies out in one shot to the head. The lethal-mode consumes 2 times the ammunition of the stun-mode.

//LOCATIONS\\

The Tier System:
The Galactic Star Confederation has categorized all planets by five tiers with six sub-tiers. Tier 1 is the most important/glamorized tier. It usually consists of whether a vastly populated and industrial planet, or an extremely wealthy and government-based planet. Tier 5 is the least relevant tier. Usually based about basic planets, or scarcely inhabited planets. For instance, the planet “Uibos”, Uibos is a small planet with mostly nomadic and planetary-based ventures, which means it’s a Tier 5 planet.

Here’s to specify the tiers:

Tier 1: An important planet to the GSC/other galactic factions. Commonly largely populated with many office buildings, government constructs, etc.

Tier 2: A lower-upper-class planet, the Tier 2 category relates mostly to perhaps medical-based fields, religious planets, or research facilities, primarily most things relating to science (aside from religion.)

Tier 3: These are more industrial-based planets. Often abundant with natural resources, these planets have been rededicated from yielding life to becoming factory planets and production lines to mass-produce the parts needed for everyday life in the Confederation.

Tier 4: The second-most basic tier, these planets are usually set about for smaller businesses, housing districts, and maybe some refueling stations for travelling ships/space fleets.

Tier 5: Tier 5 is the most basic tier in the entire system. It usually has a scarcely-populated planet, with very little logistical or economically development. 84% of the time, the planet hasn’t established a planetary government/series of governments with respective delegates.

Sub-tiers:
Sub-tiers are to furthermore enhance the level of detail about a planet. The sub-tiers represent what age/period that the planetary civilization as a whole is in. For example, if they’re a space-faring planet, they’d be a Tier A. And vice versa, Tier F planets are underdeveloped to have the Galactic Star Confederation refuse to contact/and or interact with the planet in fright that it will disrupt the evolutionary product.

So here’s a list of the tiers:

Tier A: Tier A is the top of the sub-tiers. It represents space-faring civilizations and/or major galactic economic hubs. Usually Tier-A planets fall within Tier 1 or 2.

Tier B: Tier B represents a civilization in the “Information Age,” which defines the digitalization of a majority of economic and industrial revolutions in the planet’s society. They’re most likely working on a space project, or on the close of the perfection of the formula to sail the void of space.

Tier C: Tier C is the basic of life, often now discovering the more importance and preciousness of minerals and resources such as coal, petroleum, and other resources useful for the nations. It’ll lead to the eventual advancement of technologies to help lead the planetary society to the Information Age.

Tier D: Tier D is the Medieval Age in Layman’s terms. Now, the native species(s) are using steel, are being to form more complex civilizations and societal structures. This often shows the earliest advancement of great inventions of the planet’s people.

Tier E: Tier E is the second-most undeveloped tier in the system. It shows the basic construction and architecture of the common species that will eventually create crude factions with very basic ideologies and societal structures. Early documentation and education will most likely appear more in this tier.

Tier F: Tier F is the final tier in the list. It represents the earliest time in the intelligent species of the planet. Groups of species are forming to create tribes or small bands of people and begin to claim territories. This is the most basic form of civilized life, and the beginning of great empires.

//PLANETS\\

Tier 1 Planets:

Frecanus: Frecanus is a Tier 1.A planet. It has a very clean environment due to all greenhouse emissions becoming null because of environmental and technological advancements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 98.95% in all sections of the planet. Frecanus is the capital planet of the Galactic Star Confederation, housing the People’s Assembly House. It is also home to the headquarters of the Confederation Protection Bureau.

Caugawa: Caugawa is a Tier 1.A secondary capital planet. It has the largest establishment of office buildings in the Capital Planet Trifecta. Due to the literal absence of all pollution-producing buildings, using only geothermal, biodiesel, air, and solar-powered power planets, Caugawa has some of the pretties lakes and

Crodillia: The Crodillian Republic's home world and functioning capital, Crodillia is a beautiful temperate world with very few pollutants on its surface and in its atmosphere. Crodillia has 4 continents and 6 oceans, each named after traditional Crodillian heroes. Crodillia is a Tier 1.A planet, and has full access to space routes within the Galactic Star Confederation.

Tier 2 Planets:

Aurae: Aurae is a bustling research-oriented planet for the GSC, and many new military and civilian technologies are developed on its surface. Aurae is a somewhat cold planet, with many of its surface covered in snow and ice. Only around the equator are some areas with the ground exposed as a result of higher temperatures, but it remains chilly and windy. Most of Aurae's research faculties and cities are located around the equator as a result, with only some planetary research stations dotting the colder north or south hemispheres. Aurae is a Tier 2.A planet.

Skion: Skion is an entire planet devoted to developing new medical technologies and medical treatments. In addition, it provides quality hospital care to those that are able to afford it. Skion is under the Crodillian Republic's jurisdiction, and its advanced medical technology reflects that. Skion is a Tier 2.A planet, and is a temperate world. It's filled with snow-capped mountain ranges and various plains across the continents, along with pristine lakes and oceans.

Ounus: Ounus is the main Yeobet Dominion's religious planet, with the Church of Yeobet residing on its surface. It is a theocracy, and the main Supreme Leader is its leader. Ounus is a desert planet, with sand dunes dotting the surface regularly, with oases occasionally appearing in between. Many of Ounus's temples are located around the poles, where temperatures are low enough for liquid water to exist in habitable amounts. Ounus is a Tier 2.A planet.

Tier 3 Planets:

Slodotis: The Yeobet Dominion's home world and de facto capital, Slodotis built up the Yeobet Dominion through its early domination of mineral deposits and manufacturing. Slodontis is the major weapons manufacturer in the GSC, although there have been rumors that more and more factories are being diverted for Yeobet exclusive use. The planet is a somewhat polluted swamp world, with many of its factories built over reclaimed lands. Slodontis is a Tier 3.A planet.

Thorix: A rain-covered mining world, Thorix is more rundown and more archaic in comparison to the rest of the GSC. While interstellar travel has been established, Thorix's architecture and ship designs are more practical than aesthetic. As a result, Thorix has been nicknamed the "Rust Belt" of the GSC. Thorix is a temperate world, although it is constantly covered in heavy rain clouds and suffers from pollution. It is a Tier 3.A planet.

Sporth: A large planet that has one of the largest sources of nizene deposits below the surface. Although its main export is nizene, Sporth also boasts a small weapons manufacturing sector to support Slodotis' production rates. However, Sporth does not have nearly as much experience nor the wealth required to match Slodotis's weapons manufacturing, and thus treats the industry as a non-necessity. Sporth is a charred, volcanic world, with periodic volcanic explosions rocking the surface and blocking out the sun. Most of its factories and mines run on geothermal energy. Sporth is a Tier 3.A planet.

Tier 4 Planets:

Precoter: Precoter is a large residential planet located towards the core planets of the GSC. It houses 1.093 trillion people and is the home planet to Chancellor Caze Jaessa. Many people here work closely with the business on Frecanus and other associating planets that are close to the residential planet. It's a Tier 4.A planet. Although, in recent years a cell of terrorists attacked the Residential Center and in result, the planet's security protocols have been boosted by 150%.

Thides: Thides is a planet mostly dominated by the vast deserts and arid landscape. Although, the beast known as the "Fleod" is found here. Its exoskeleton is composed of stronger-than-graphine plates. These plates are used for upcoming concept designs for GSC standardized armor. Specialists currently use these plates as a test-run before the total conversion. It is a Tier 4.A planet.

Aytis: Aytis is home of a large array of plantations. Many of the fruits and vegetables found on Aytis are found to be useful in healing solutions and the juices help many of the people that inhabit the core planets. Total revenue from these vegetables and fruits have gone to become around 4.38Bn WGB (White Gold Bills).

Tier 5 Planets:

Grimbeek: One of the more advanced Tier 5 planets, Grimbeek is a Tier 5.B planet. It is not under the rule of one single governmental authority, but rather ruled by 389 separate nations on its surface. Grimbeek has mastered the use of information technology, but its space technology is in its infancy. Contact has not been attempted by the GSC in order to prevent general panic among the people of Grimbeek. Grimbeek is a temperate world and is suffering a light Ice Age on its surface, although it does not impede the lives of the people of Grimbeek too much.

Sanbia: Sanbia is a Tier 5.C planet and is currently undergoing an Industrial Revolution. A somewhat tropical world, Sanbia's equators are slowly turning into a large desert, and remains a large barrier between the two hemispheres. The GSC has refrained from contacting Sanbia as the cultural shock would be too much for its people to bear. Sanbia is home to numerous fledgling democracies, constitutional monarchies, and other various kingdoms on its surface.

Entoro: Entoro is a Tier 5.D planet, and is controlled by almost 1000 separate kingdoms and fiefdoms on its surface. In terms of technological development, Entoro remains in the medieval period, and as a result the GSC has refrained from contact. Occasional surface surveys are conducted, causing some general alarm among the inhabitants. Entoro is an oceanic planet, with continents few and small. As a result, many nations have resorted to floating cities and massive fleets in order to continue their political growth.

Berytus: Berytus is a Tier 5.E planet, and is currently ruled by four rival empires. As a Tier E planet, the people of Berytus have only basic knowledge regarding construction and architecture. However, they are very knowledgeable in regards to mathematics, astronomy, engineering, and science, giving the people of Berytus tools to advance ideas. The GSC has refrained from contact, as it would interfere in its natural development. Berytus is a temperate world that is filled with sinkholes, providing a place for people to build safely.

Nabiani: Nabiani is a Tier 5.F planet, and is just starting its civilizations. As a Tier F planet, the people of Nabiani have only just begun using agriculture and sedentary villages recently. Small warring tribes contest for water sources and territories, but no major nations have appeared yet. Technology levels remain primitive, and the GSC have refrained from contact. Nabiani is a half desert and half temperate world, due to its unique weather systems. As a result, the two hemispheres share very different cultures and environments, causing more tension among the natives.

Just for further clearance;

I had originally wanted to post a sci-fi roleplay but decided that I'm washed up. So I saw how amazing Perambulation is, and I decided to collaborate with him. I gave the original idea, but credit to Perambulation's amazing planet descriptions [in which he did the majority of], as well as his weapons. As well as contribution to the morphing of this roleplay and we both hope that you guys have fun with this. :D

(Technically, they're all under the same faction. They're just major powers and that's why we put them there. The Galactic Star Confederacy [GSC] is the main faction, and sub-factions are just branches that you can choose from.)

Faction: Galactic Star Confederation
Sub-Faction: Galactic Star Department of Research
Weapons: Can't have any.
Bio: He was always wanting to learn stuff as a kid. He researched all sorts of stuff and made theories about all sorts of stuff. When he came of age he applied to the Galactic Star Department of Research. He got in and started to learn more from the scientists their. He started to try and prove his theories. He proved some of them wrong and right, either way he was happy.
Other: None.

(No. They don't. They're humans. And you can start whenever. We'll rely on interaction but if I need to do some DM'ing, I'll do it.)

(Not sure why but the first thing I thought of when I read about the Crodillians is a guy wearing a lab-coat with a crocodile head. Making a CS now.)

Name: Carcus Dibbler
Gender: Male
Appearance: Carcus is a tall guy. He stands somewhere around six feet and six inches. He takes pride in his size, though some see that as overcompensating for, well, something else. He has lightly tanned skin, and hair of a soft brown shade. Average build, slightly on the muscular size. Wears medical stuff, I guess.

Faction: Crodillian Republic
Sub-Faction: Crodillian Medical Agency

Weapons: His primary weapon is the Mk.45 Sanft, and his secondary weapon is the Mk.19 Drachen.

Bio: Carcus was a super cool dude, liked science, was a crodillian, it all fit. You know? He ended up joining the whole "Crodillian Medical Agency." He had always wanted to, but it wasn't just the interest in sciences. He liked being around sick stuff, if you get what I'm saying. Dying people, dead people, dangerous chemicals, bacterias, etc. Whatever was going on with the whole "Medical" thing.

Other: Carcus is a pretty quirky dude. His hobbies include chess, drinking, and putting on a crocodile mask and dancing around in his home. But he doesn't talk about that last one.

(A few questions 1. What tense is the story in? 2. Do we create a CS for people we need for the story or can we just create a random NPC for that moment? 3. Can we have multiple characters?)

(What do you mean, what tense? No, you can make up random NPCs as long as they aren't like super important. Yes. You can have a maximum of three. Also Carcus is accepted.)

(As in, past tense or present tense. Example for past tense: "I wonder what this does?" Derrick pulled the lever and a monster came out. Example for present tense: "I wonder what this does?" I pull the lever and a monster comes out.)

(Alright.)
Cal
I am currently studying an unknown cell found on an asteroid near a black hole. The molecules in it are unlike any other studied before. "Hey, Terry, check this out."

Terry
"Hmm?" I look through the Electron Microscope. "Whoa."

Cal
"I know right. These molecules are going crazy. Could it be a side effect from the black hole?"

Terry
"I don't know." I continue to work on my project.
