On numerous accounts us players of ROBLOX have failed to be treated well by the indoctrinated Customer Service here at ROBLOX. Numerous amounts of us have spent thousands of dollars on this game to those of us that have sequentially bought membership and ROBUX or other assets monthly and this stuff is consecutively.

Those of us that spend all of this money on this game get treated no different, but those of us that use this game and decide to become a developer because their strong suit is coding or building or such are treated much better. I am not referring just to myself but those of you that have been victims of these mishaps that occur every day and are completely ignored by ROBLOX in which they vow they care about their players. I guarantee that if a player such as Nightgaladeld or any other famous group owner was scammed or belittled immediate action would be taken. Why? He has money, he has fame, he has power and he is a developer here at ROBLOX.

To the rest of us, none of us are taken seriously or cared about extensively as these players with exclusive perks are because of that exact reason. Our coding or building skills aren't enough and like every place here on Earth, favoritism occurs and there is nothing we can do to stop it. But we can protest and start something to achieve our goals of everyone being treated equally and status not being a part of our daily roles here on ROBLOX. Please post some type of support if you understand what I am saying and wish change would occur.

unless you're like pewdiepie then not much care is given.

however, roblox still does care for everyone. equality still exists here. however, they can't reply to all of the thousands of players on the site with their technical issues.

I think you might be looking at the devs with rose colored glasses. The reality is that some thing we just can't do, no matter how much we want to give our customers the best experience.

And we DO want to do that. What exactly do you feel like you're not being taken seriously about?

No, I don't believe I'm mistaken on who receives better treatment, it's clearly obvious. As a moderator at ROBLOX, could you honestly tell me that someone that holds much more fame here on ROBLOX that holds a group of such more members would be taken more serious than that of those with significantly less members or fame. I have emailed ROBLOX on countless attempts about items, groups or other things being wrongly taken or removed on accident or scammed for example. Yet, I get told it's my irresponsibility for pity problem such as internet lag or something of the sort. I think ROBLOX needs to step up their Customer Service because if you ask anyone that requests ROBLOX to assist in the time of need, they can be first hand witnesses of ROBLOX not having Customer Service that is up to par.

The ROBLOX customer service has helped me with a lot of problems, maybe it's just the experiences you and other certain players have had?

I'd also like to point out that you have a RAP of 48,000 and most likely have had basic issues. It's the serious ones they neglect such as scamming and then blame it on irresponsibility. As if we knew we were going to get scammed or something.

I highly doubt that ROBLOX looks on people's profiles and say:

"Hey, this person doesn't have above 3k rap, let's ignore he/she."

Simply put, they can't answer every single question. They must get at least 500 questions within 15 minutes.

Customer service, people say. if they don't give you a satisfactory response, send another email with the same request, but don't spam them. And until they give one. keep emailing them. and at some point you'l receive a response worth waiting for. Although i could be inaccurate.

ROBLOX has a full team of people dedicated to Customer Service, well that's how they project it. If that's not how it is, then maybe they should hire more interns and dedicate them to Customer Service. This is a mistake on ROBLOX's end nor can it be fixed by the customers, it has to be fixed by the company itself.

@mosgo - That might just be, but people cannot keep pinning it on the amount of questions or concerns they get. They should be dedicated to their job and fulfill the request they're assigned to, to their fullest potential.

Dude, I've only been scammed once - and that was out of around 1-2K RAP 2 years ago. Does it really matter if I have 48k RAP?
