Greetings, all.
This thread will focus on the war that Praetor Aerysional, of Umbra Nation, declared on The Shock Imperium.
War Declaration: http://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=184213183
I will be summarizing the war's plot in a relatively lengthy paragraph. I will be leaving a 'tl;dr' summary at the very bottom of this thread.
A bit of background information. Aerysional used to be an M3 in my clan, The Shock Imperium, in which she left twice. The reason for her leaves were due to her disobedience and treason towards the Imperium, in which I confronted her of it, and she grew angry of my accusations. Her character is not of the best for she is irrational, illogical, and emotional. I will admit, she used to be a very excellent Officer, but corruption grew on her.
When I accepted this war, her reason for it was due to her trying to prove my 'ignorance' and she wanted to 'put me in my place'. I gladly accepted it, seeing as her clan did not seem as a threat towards TSI, please excuse my boast. Her clan had on 771 members, 3 of which were above the L1 rank and 1 of which was her alt, Prospectial. As soon as I accepted the war declaration she already began to begin making foolish assumptions. She accused Shockia's 1 month veteran, BR5D, of being a paid mercenary. My second in command, and close friend, had to argue with her to prove her points wrong. After that, he went to discuss terms with her while I watched from his screen. Her attitude towards the negotiating and war did not seem serious, as she would become immature and start getting off topic, playing her silly little roleplay game. She agreed to the war terms in game, from CrimsonV3's, Malefactus', and my eyes. We raided her first at 'Fair City' and annihilated them and their ally, which was a Star Wars roleplay group. Luckily, a person who I can call a 'friend' had helped assist TSI with the battle; Proelio and the Salvanians. I truly appreciated their assistance, and am eager for the long awaited TSL-TSI war to commence, once TSL is unoccupied. As for Aerysional, her excuse to the loss was that the spawns were broken. Roblox spawns can't break, however they can cause laggers to be stuck on the base and have the other people form a frozen 'stack' formation. She had all the admin commands to fix the 'stack'. She could have kicked the lagger, respawned the lagger, flung her team, exploded the lagger, etc. She refused to raid TSI, and said that the score is 0-0 and it is not negotiable. My second in command tried reasoning with her, but she ignored us and refused to raid us. He even tried adding new terms for her own advantage, but she was not satisfied ever since she got humiliated in the first battle. She wasted 9 days of our lives, and stalled 8 out of the 9 days. Since she refused to raid us, we found it as a sign of cowardice and a surrendering. Therefore, we have no choice but to declare a victory over Umbra Nation, due to their refusal to further continue the war. To anyone who will encounter Aerysional and Umbra Nation, I would highly suggest not to deal with their foolishness.
td;lr: My clan had a war with a group that is being run by a 13 year old girl, who is afraid to lose a war that she had plotted as a 'revenge' and she got humiliated badly. If

"13 year old girl"
You use this to demean me, yet you yourself have defined age as not defining maturity or any other aspect in my past with you. Merely a number, aye?
The raid was voided, the spawn lag thing you talked about did indeed happen, and my attempts to use the admin were futile, especially with Malefactus screaming at me over :h that I was stupid if I didn't know how to fix it and not helping whatsoever.
TSI then continued to declare victory on the terms of my "failing to raid in a timely fashion", despite no term stating that I had however much time to raid. I broke no term, so your unconditional declaration of victory is null and void.
Therefore, Umbra Nation sees it as an act of pure and simple surrender. We accept your surrender graciously.
- Aerysional Praetor Allectus of Umbra Nation

@Aerysional, When we have war that means that both sides need to raid. If a clan asks another clan to raid, you should let them raid since you are in a war. Refusal to continue combat is a sign of a surrender. Your excuse to not raid us was invalid.
Thank you, for the very easy victory.

Perhaps I should flash us back to the TSI v. TSL war.
TSI refused to battle TSL at Bricktops due to TSL declaring that a point had been won for TSL, whereas TSI believed the point belonged to TSI. You, Shockvisur, declared to me and several others that you would not fight until TSL changed their score to match TSI's.
If I do recall, TSL and myself tried to negotiate with you a multitude of times, suggesting things such as nobody gets the point, both sides get the point, we re-do the battle in question, etc., but you refused to negotiate and did not advance to Bricktops for the next battle at the set and agreed time.
Sound familiar to you? It sounds quite familiar to me.

@Aerysional, I totally agree with your point. I am ashamed of that, yes. However, you're doing the same mistake I made in the past.

To get into more depth with that comment of yours, Aerysional, many people change. I've changed by learning from the mistakes I have made while leading Shockia, and I am not ashamed to admit to them. Even you have changed. However, we all know who is at error in this situation.

And yet you believe that if I do the exact same thing you did, you deserve the win, whereas, when you did it, nobody won?
Seems odd.

To be quite honest, the situations were a bit different. We never really fought TSL during the war crisis. If they won the first battle then that would count as a victory, since I would have probably found a way to avoid the war afterwards. With this war, however, it's a completely different story. You could have been better than I was in the past and continued the war, regardless of the issue that occurred during the battle at 'Fair City' in which you possessed the capabilities to repair the issue.

The thirteen year old has a name, thanks.
Admin did not fix the situation, Shock, and approximately 60+ seconds passed on the term timer where UN's forces could not advance. The raid was in no way fair or fixable.

As we stated before, you could have respawned everyone, paused the raid, flung your whole team, respawned the lagger, refeeshed the lagger, etc. What you decided to do was kick all of the non-admins, curse at my second in command, and rage quit.

Lets take this apart bit by bit.
[1] Respawned Everyone I did.
[2] Paused the Raid You can't pause the terminal.
[3] Flung the Team That would do literally nothing. We couldn't move, flinging isn't gonna help.
[4] Respawned the Lagger You know how the spawn is inside the little building? That meant that I couldn't SEE who was at the bottom, because I was at the top of the tower of frozen bodies. With all the chaos, I couldn't of found out, either.
[5] Refreshed the Lagger [noting that you said "refeeshed"] Same answer as for #4.

[6] "What you decided to do was kick all of the non-admins, curse at my second in command, and rage quit."
I banned all of the non-admins AFTER Matt declared the raid void.
I don't recall cursing at Malefactus.
Rage quit? Uhhh... This just in, you can't leave a game without it being called "rage quitting"!
