This turns out to be such a pain in the backside, because Roblox doesn't seem to want to fix this.
When I say, "Hi, nice to meet you." I don't want it to turn out like "##, nice ## #### you".
Remember that trailer where you claimed that Roblox is a place where you can 'hang out and meet new friends'. Well how can I meet new friends and hang out if every single god-damn word gets hashtagged.

| I don't want to keep having to ask the person to repeat what they typed, or to put spaces and slashes between words so I can understand what they just said. |

| 100% support. One of my biggest pet peeves in Roblox right now is the fact that you never have any idea what people are saying with hashtags. |

1. This is called age restriction, whether it be for you or the opposing person. Not every person on roblox lies about their age so they can rage at people on crappy games.
2. Perhaps you should realize that the advertisements aren't very accurate anymore, roblox is a changing place. Most of the community rages at each other. |

Yes, I don't have a problem with Age Restriction. What I do have a problem with is the fact that this little Age-Restriction censoring problem hashtags common words |

| It's 4 AM here in the middle of the US, and that's where most Roblox players are. It'll be best to BUMP a bit later, when people are actually awake |

Completely agree. I don't think the censoring should necessarily be removed but it should definitely be fixed. The censoring should only be triggered by swear words or words you probably wouldn't use around your grandmother.
I'# going to ### this ###. All I said was, "I'm going to eat this pie."
I generally don't swear or use inappropriate words, but I sometimes say the word, "su/ck" and Roblox goes, "Nah, bruh" and puts [Content Deleted] over EVERYTHING I WROTE. Like, sorry I mentioned what a vacuum does, but you didn't have to put that over everything else I wanted to say.
The chat system needs to be modified to where a ten year old and a senior in high school could communicate like normal human beings without being vulgar or putting [Content Deleted] over everything (or hashtags). |

No support, parents should decide if their children are ready for mature chat, it shouldn't just be given to them.
Not too long ago, if you were under 13 you couldn't chat at all, or even edit game descriptions.
Just be happy for what you have now.

Yeah, Parents should decide if their child should have a normal conversation without being annoyed by hashtags.
I'm not asking to remove the censorship, I'm asking for Roblox to FIX it.

turns out to be
"## favourite #### is #####" |

| The filter "Can ENd iS OR iS" way too much:/ would be fine if it were just a black list with more "WORD iS" in it than the thirteen plus version IMO. Also "PAn RENT iS" cannot control the account other than "ASK dING" for removal. |

The thing is though, you aren't even proposing a way for roblox to fix this, so you aren't really helping that much.

| I agree, instead of having a whitelist, with like 10 words you can say, there should be a blacklist, with all of the curses and variations of the curses like using @ as a, v as u, 3 as e, 1 as l, etc... |

Robotic... you realize how time consuming that would be, right?
I think it should still be a whitelist for the safety of children that some parents may want. Roblox wants to be available to as many customers as possible, and making a blacklist based filter for them probably won't boost the parents' confidence in this game for their child.

| You have a point, but an adequate whitelist is much harder to make than an adequate blacklist. |
