The City of Windsor Department of Aviation controls all airspace inside City of Windsor, wherever it be. Refusing to follow regulations will result in an arrest by the Windsor City Police Department when necessary. The Windsor City General District Court will review aviation-related cases in accordance to this regulation.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ AIRSPACE REGULATIONS
- http://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=183133888 - If an aircraft enters an unauthorized airspace, the Police Department has the right to take down the jet and arrest the Pilot. - If the pilot goes rogue, the Police Department has the right to take down the jet and arrest the Pilot. - The airspace is limited to one (1) aircraft in the airspace without an Air Traffic Controller. When two (2) or more airplanes are present, an Air Traffic Controller will be required to be present. - All airplanes must have a co-pilot who will do radio operations. The radio channel will be RWT-1. - Restricted Airspace are areas marked in a circle with red crossings on the Windsor City Aviation Map. Fire zones, Windsor Police Department, Windsor Fire Department, Airports, and Windsor City Prison Building are illegal to fly over. - Any governmental aircraft (WCPD, WCFD) are allowed to fly over restricted airspace.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ AIRPORT CLASSIFICATION
Each airport comes with a rotating beacon located directly above the tower control which identifies the airport class. Each group is restricted to certain flights that may enter.
White-White-Green = Military Airport. Inside City of Windsor, this airport is restricted to the National Guard.
White-Green = Civil Airport. Inside City of Windsor, this airport is for public use.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ AIRPORT REGULATIONS
- All Police, Fire, or Prison vehicles may enter the tarmac but must park next to the Air Traffic Control Tower. - All government vehicles wishing to enter taxiways and/or runway must gain permission from the Air Traffic Control. In an absence of the Air Traffic Control, government vehicles may only enter the taxiway/runway during an emergency. Permission must be received by the Sergeant or above from the Windsor City Police Department.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ALTITUDE REGULATIONS
- The minimum altitude an aircraft has to maintain is 500 feet agl (above mountain height). - The maximum altitude is not restricted. - Fly-Bys are illegal unless approved by the Director of Aviation, the Mayor, or the Deputy Mayor. Any fly-bys will result in removal of position as well as an arrest by the Windsor City Police Department.
