I'm so frustrated. I can't reset the camera.
local c = game.Workspace.CurrentCamera c.CameraType = "Custom" c.CameraSubject = game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Humanoid c.CFrame = game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Head.CFrame |

| CoordinateFrame is deprecated; use CFrame instead. |

| Why is it not changing the camera at all. The loop in the client already broke, so it stopped running. Makes NO sense. |

Ok so it seems I may have messed up on this one. My eye totally disregarded a renderstep event. I assume it still runs when the gui is destroyed. Erm, sorry about this post. I got worked up. .-.
My apologies to you all, |

| What am I supposed to do now? The renderstep and the while loops stop printing, so they stop running at the appropriate time. Do I put the code I posted in a for loop to run it several times to assure the execution? I need advice here. This code triggers when you push a button. (UI) |

| Another facepalm, I put the code in the wrong section of the script. That's what I do when I'm stressed, I make lousy mistakes. >_< |

| I'm sure you were expecting another reply from me within seconds. Indeed, this wasn't what was causing it EITHER. So I'm stumped. What is it, then, that is causing this ruckus! Works not in Server nor Studio. |

As of now, I'm pointing towards a roblox camera bug until further research has been found. Here's my intel that makes me wonder if it is somehow related to roblox:
-The while loop that edits the rotation of the camera brick no longer runs at the correct time
-The render step event no longer runs the if statement when the condition is right (That's what edits the camera view, and it stops running at the right time I made sure!)
Those are the only camera-editing stuff I made in the one script, then there's a different script with the code I posted. It's a onButtonClicked event thingy. It doesn't change any of the camera settings I clearly specified! Unless it's Enum.CameraType.Custom but that's about all I can think of. |

| Could it be the camera is glitching cause it's a Localpart? I inserted a message and then cloned a part inside the message so only the player can see it. Maybe this is why? |

local c = game.Workspace.CurrentCamera wait(5) c.CameraType, c.CFrame = Enum.CameraType.Scriptable, CFrame.new(math.random(1, 100), math.random(1, 100), math.random(1, 100)) wait(10) c.CameraType, c.CameraSubject = Enum.CameraType.Custom, game.Players.LocalPlayer.Character.Humanoid
This works

Nope, doesn't work. Nothing works. Nothing will ever work, nothing will ever be fixed, nothing will ever work, just nothing. It never will. Nope.

| That's nice. I don't get this problem though, no loops are running when the script requests for the camera data to be changed, no render steps, nothin. Just nothin. A LocalPart as the cframe of the camera wouldn't be a problem? Right? Ill try putting this code in a while loop just to see. |
