Does anyone know how to counteract scripts in group games that require that the owner owns something?
For instance, I have admin that requires that the owner owns a model and then inserts said model into the game.
Additionally, I have a place that fetches maps from >my< models and loads them on command; is there a way to make it work both ways?

you could use an asset to clarify if they own the model...

So have a line that essentially says "if Seviro owns" then do this?
The problem I see with that is that InsertService requires the owner of the game to own the model being inserted. A group can't own a model.

You could save models to the groups last I remember. Might have changed.

Well a group /can/ own a model, they just can't take one. It's different, though, so I'm wondering how it works.

Ah, alright.
Seems strange it wouldn't register ownership of the model for the group.

Yeah it seems logical that if the owner of the group, who is technically an "owner" of the game, it should be able to use InsertService. It doesn't seem to work like that though.

Inserting models was restricted to the place owner's models and certain whitelisted ones to counter inserttool exploits which were frequent back then, unless they changed it

But the problem with that is who exactly owns the game? I know anyone who has access to edit it can access the Server Log as an owner can, but the group itself can't take models like a person can, and if the group makes its own model, does it still count towards InsertService?
