I emailed ROBLOX about my sensitivity problem. I have been talking with them for about a week now. My new mouse had the same problem. I made a video on how fast the camera moved in studio and in-game, and they asked me to upload it to youtube. I did. They replied - We are continuing to research your problem.
Just give them a chance guys. I am talking with a real person, not a bot. I love their support. |

| They definitely try their best. Do not get discouraged if their initial response seems simple or if it doesn't work for you. They need to try the basic steps first. Keep talking to them. If the first email doesn't help, reply and let them know. They will then be able to go into more detailed steps. They want to make things better. |

I agree. Yeah guys, also, it's not the "mouse sensitivity". My camera speed is too high even on 2 sen, its not mouse.. ROBLOX is still helping me figure out the problem |

What was the reply? Also, just inferring from your grammar your a mature guy. Some people just email ROBLOX saying "my account got hacked! help". I am not saying ALL of you do this, just email something that is more in-depth. Like, "My Account got hacked yesterday. I might've went on a scam website" is more better, but not the best. |

Once someone got into my account and stole 5K from me, I managed to take a screenshot of the shirt he bought and i got my money back, plus he was banned.

They're really useful, most of the time. I sent them an email on losing my 7k forum posts (knowing that I'll probably never get them back, lol) and they sent me an email addressing the problem of how people who changed names with an underscore can't get on the forums - a totally different problem for a totally different situation.
Other than that, they've helped me a whole bunch.
