Today's word is something we don't have: Money.
Spanish: dinero Chinese: 钱 (qián) Japanese: (お)金 ((o)Kane) Korean: 돈 (don)
Notes: *The additional "お" before 金 is actually an honorific prefix which could imply in some situations "your money" much like お名前 (O namae) (your name) and is more respectful than just using 金.

@chech
At that point it wouldn't be a word. It would be two words. Sorry!
But if you really want here is leap year in 4 languages:
Spanish: bisiesto Chinese: 闰年 (rùnnián) Japanese: うるう年 (Uruudoshi) Korean: 윤년 (yunnyeon)
Notes: *In Korean, "eo" is pronounced "uh." So therefore the pronunciation of 윤년 would be "yun-nyuhn"
Tomorrow's word will be relevant though.

Forgive me, I forgot to include the full Kanji for "leap year" in Japanese.
Japanese Kanji: 閏年 (Uruudoshi)

Leap year seems to be one word in all the languages you wrote plus more I made a thread about it. |

Cool.
Never realized that leap year is one word in almost every other language.
Xd
Then again in some languages ALL words are one word (like Chinese or Japanese)
Korean isn't one of them, and this is a term that explains why:
여자의 상체에 사정된 정액
I'm not even gonna provide a translation for it, because ...
