| I don't think you will be able to get the 95 explorer to work on Windows 10. Nobody has gotten the 7 explorer to work on 8, or the XP explorer to work on 7. |

closest they got to make it feel like the other windows versions in windows 10 is with Start10 by Stardock (Creators of the amazing GC series)

I think I used a old computer when I was 5 or 6, can't remember if it was 98 0r 2000, It had that sim city where you could create your own stuff for the game.
And I vaguely remember a underwater themed one.
I used it before I was 6, where I think I got a ps2.
