I am not sure why, but whenever I import my character, click the "Textured Solid", gives me full-pink character, no texture.
Any help?

That is a bug that Roblox is currently trying to fix. They said it will be fixed by March 14.

Did you even read my post? It's a bug that Roblox is experiencing, there is nothing you can do to fix it. You will have to wait until Roblox fixes it.
