╞♚═ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬╣✢╠ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ═♚╡ Special Order No. 8 ╞♚═ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬╣✢╠ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ═♚╡ Suspension and reformation of the Officer and Non-commissioned Officer Academies.
On 28/2/1812, the British Officer Academy will be undergoing a series of reforms, a new manual will be made, and the stages will be changed accordingly by the General’s Staff.
On 1/3/1812, the British Non-commissioned Officer Academy will be suspended until the Chief of Army Staff or His Majesty lifts the suspension. All are to leave the academy. This Special Order will clarify the newly formed requirements to become a Non-commissioned Officer. A new manual will be made for non-commissioned officers to follow.
Non-commissioned Officers will be recommended as seen fit by members of the Officer Corps to a member(s) of the General’s Staff. Once the General’s Staff member(s) have approved of such said recommendation, that soldier will go through the NCO process.

To be recommended as a NCO, the soldier should have to following;
~Battle experience (Must perform efficient in battle, must attend at least 3-5) ~Knowledge of the Manual of arms, Chain of Command, Drill manual, Articles of Rules and Regulations, and the Articles of War. ~No previous Class B+ offences ~No disciplinary, maturity, professionalism, or respect issues

Special Order No. 8 will fall into effect when published.
