Some of our Coders must have leveled up from this. Make a couple more spies and then do a 70-30% split of Hackers and Monkeys with the remainder. Have the Hackers teleport our new Spies back to spy on that horde. Send scouts out to survey how the villages are reacting to the IslandMongoose leaders being(hopefully) killed. |

Your coders didn't get to participate whatsoever. The legions destroyed the village before you could take any action. You do recruit some volunteer spies that head out to the last known coordinates of the village.
Your scouts rush to all of your fort-villages to check how the infected are faring. Some of the cells have disappeared, but there are still some captains who are leading the infected. |

| Move troops in to check that the villages without IslandMongooses in them are truly empty, and if they are move civilians back in. Unleash overwrite chains on the villages that are still infected from our Hackers, then mop and destroy up any IslandMongooses who hold out till the end. Hopefully this will be the last we ever see of that thing. Attempt to re-establish our infrastructure and begin building a new city where our old capital was, before we blew it up to destroy the IslandMongooses. Grow more food, let the population reproduce to get back to our old glory days. |

Send a Spy to speak with that horde's leader. I really, really want to find out what they want and if they intend to hurt me.
I thank gear for the uranium. I then give it to my scientists to see if they can use it to make an AC1D program that can melt the armor and equipment off of enemies, as well as melting structures such as buildings or walls. Also make a lab very far away from the city with a single scientist who will use uranium to attempt making the dreaded NUKE program, which is so horrific it doesn't have numbers in the name. Oh, and have a scientist try modifying a piece of Uranium's code so it doesn't corrode Lead, or anything on the other side of a Lead container so it can be stored in them. |
