CB:RO is now accepting community map submissions. The requirements are low, but quite thinking; but not so laborious! --------------------------------------
REQUIRMENTS:
-Map must be balenced, yes it can be CT or T sided like Inferno or Nuke; but not majorly sided
-The map can actually be made up, and doesn't have to be a real one from CS:GO!
-It should be good looking, and not like HEX or RCL map quality. Yes you can use textures to add in more detail rather then using parts!
-The map should have a background and looks right and realistic, it can't just be a base plate and you can see under the map because there's no buildings blocking the outside view. ---------------------------------
RECOMMENDATIONS: Make the map very competitive and lovable.
Add landmarks to the map for callout reasons and such.
Give your map a story.
Build a made up new map rather then a real one, because chances are; we are already making it, like Nuke, Dust_2 and Aztec.
Also, make sure to not replacements versions, like you can't make a new Dust 2 or Cache.

Can I make the map night or sunset? I drew up some really cool maps and want to see if I can... Also, what are hitboxes? And everything else in that model that you put in the link above. I really want to make a map for this game, it's so good. |
