So I have a basic Dm script, that it clones this part into workspace and damages all players that touch it
function OnT(hit) local player = game.Players:GetPlayerFromCharacter(hit.Parent) player.Character.Humanoid.Health = player.Character.Humanoid.Health - 5 end
script.Parent.Touched:connect(OnT)
But if a player is afk and I put the part right onto him, as long as he doesnt move it wont affect him. Is there a known method for fixing this?

something to do with velocity checking but im not sure bout that but u many want to add a debounce to what you have there

Yeah velocity would allow it to slide off hence causing him to lose health.
