| So this question is primarily for the builders on here, how do you make a smooth and detailed terrain without using Roblox's smooth terrain feature while still keeping part counts low? Like what tools and techniques do you use? |

| Depends on what you're used to. Just by cutting and unioning pieces of bricks and parts together can make very nice looking terrain and only be a few unions, some use triangle terrain generator, etc |

Without the smooth terrain tool the only other way to make smooth terrain is by scripting it.

| Then how would you code it? I'm just asking because I've heard it talked about but never had someone explain it (also doesn't help that I'm not a coder) |

| When put up against a triangle terrain program, does using smooth terrain produce more or less lag issues? |
