I think we should have the option to be able to lock our threads we make after we recieve a good amount of replies.

Why? You want to wait to get a few people who agree with you, then lock it so people who disagree can't post? I don't think this is necessary except on Scripting Helpers.

No I'm saying soon as theres enough replies we can lock it so no new replies can be posted on the thread and it's the people can still read the thread it's not like it would be deleted it would just be locked so no one else can post comments on the persons thread.

I honestly could care less if somebody disagrees with what I post. I just thought this function would be better since it would prevent people from bumping threads from many years ago. Also some threads might just need a limited amount of answers being allowed to lock the thread would be a great function.

It's a good way to keep old posts from resurfacing.

Yeah that's what I been trying to say @MemeKittenUS and some people may only want a limited amount of answers then wanna lock their thread post so no one else can keep posting on their thread.

Lol yeah because I also did this http://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=149602416 I hope roblox allows us to lock our own threads it would be a great and useful function for the roblox forum users.

Just to clarify we wouldn't be able to lock other peoples threads obviously since that function should remain exclusive to the roblox staff members. But I am suggesting to allow us users to lock our own threads when we think we got enough replies for our question we post on the forums.

So I decided to bump this thread once to get more opinions on this. If anyone else bumps it in the future I probably won't answer unless I still play roblox or still have access to this account.
