Section I : Introduction to MD ________________________________________________________________________________________
If you are currently reading this, this means you were chosen for the Mentor's Division of the Levantine Assassin Brotherhood. The Mentor's Division is one of the most prestigious and disciplined Divisions of LAB, and being in MD is a tremendous honor. You are probably excited and wondering what you will be doing during your time in the Mentor's Division. This will all be explained further in the guide.

Section II : The Seven Principles of the Mentor's Division ________________________________________________________________________________________
The Mentor's Division operates under a set of seven rules, called the Seven Principles, and any member of MD should follow the Principles unquestionably.
I : You are to respect everyone and anyone you come across, even if they are disrespecting you, taunting you, flaming at you, or trash talking you.
II : You must remain calm in ANY situation, and never panic.
III : Even if you cannot be interrupted while you are on duty, you cannot allow that power to go to your head, so you need to remain modest.
IV : You must not harm or disrespect any one of your MD Brothers, regardless of their rank.
V : In the Mentor's Division, you cannot be stubborn. MD serves as an Elite Task Force, so you must always follow orders of anyone who can command in MD.
VI : You must never betray the Mentor's Division.
VII : You must NEVER leak MD information to anyone that is not in MD under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Doing so will result in instant suspension (Exiled and blacklisted from joining MD again).

Section III : Roles in MD ________________________________________________________________________________________
As a member of the Mentor's Division, you have many roles in the Assassin's Brotherhood that are vital to the structure of the Creed. It is extremely important to learn how to properly do your part in the Brotherhood. Mentor's Division members will learn how to be invincible when it comes to combat, and outstanding when it comes to leadership, members of the Mentor's Division will learn how to lead, sword fight, perform tactical operations, and kill unlike any other division of LAB.
Role I : Protecting the Mentor ; Whenever Mentor Netblaze is in the server, one of the duties of MD members is to protect the Mentor , and all on-duty Mentor's Division members should go to him, unless the Mentor tells them not to. Protecting the Mentor is a critical role, since he established LAB, and he is the one who educates and makes new leaders.
Role II : Special Operations Forces ; MD members are not any regular fighters, they perform important and often secret operations that will guarantee victory in a battle, or spy on an enemy. They are trained to take up any opponent wielding any weapon, and their battle tactics are cunning and unrelentless.
Role III : Leadership ; All Mentor's Division members must serve as "Mini-Nets", meaning they should remain calm in any situation, know what to do in any scenario, and what punishments to give to those who do not cooperate. MD members are regularly exposed to leading squadrons of men, or responding to a certain situation.

Section IV : Ranking System ________________________________________________________________________________________
The Ranking System in MD embodies how hard a certain member of MD worked to earn it. The only way to get promoted in MD is to pass an advanced assessment privately given by a Captain+, or you could get promoted by successfully executing an MD Operation flawlessly. Since anyone who joins MD must be elite, anyone who fails an assessment will either be demoted or exiled.
Novice : The Beginning Rank, newly joined MD, or is training to move on. Title: Brother/Sister
Warrior : The Second Rank, already knows the Principles, and is proficient at his roles. Title: Brother/Sister
Veteran : The Third Rank, good at executing operations, knows all MD commands, tactical expert. Title : Brother/Sister
Sentinel : Elite Honor Guard of the Mentor, Sentinels have mastered MD skills, and they are deadly foes on the battlefield. Title : Sentinel
Captain : Professional at MD Operations, a trainer of lower-ranking MD members. Title : Captain
Master : Professional at MD operations, a supervisor and trainer of lower-ranking Members. Title : Master
Mentor : Owner of Levantine Assassin's Brotherhood. Title : Mentor
It is extremely important that all MD members do what is needed, so MD will work on a three-strike system, to ensure discipline, and make more room for productivity. (Strikes will be applied when an on-duty MD member is breaking any of the Principles, or they fail an operation.)
Strike I : Warning
Strike II : Demotion
Strike III : Suspension

Congratulations! You now know the basics of MD!
